For years Circe had fought Wonder Woman. And for years her hatred for the Amazon and her kin has grown stronger. Sha has tried everything, she has even killed Diana in the past, but every time she has come back adding to her humiliating defeats. This time she has come with a new plan. At some point when she reverted Diana to clay she had a chance to tap into the Gods' magic that gave her life. Now using what she learned from that time, once again she manages to revert Diana to her primordial elements, but this time using her magic and inspired by the Hebrew tradition, she turned Diana into a Golem. Animating the clay from where Diana was born, and turning her into a tool that will serve as her weapon against the amazons and the Gods.
