The Shadow Heist

When Carl Sands AKA Shadow Thief found out that the Shadow Vest given to him by the Thanagarian criminal know as Byth, not turned his body into shadow form, but that can spread this form to others turning them into his shadow slaves. He didn't hesitated to test it with someone else. Unfortunately to Black Canary, she was in the wrong place in the wrong time so she became Shadow thief's first shadow slave. Now with this Knowledge, he's planing his biggest heist. He's going to create a crew of enslaved heroes to do his will.
