Rebirth

During a mission in space with The Titans, Raven got stranded from her friends and found in what appeared to be a living cave. The whole thing was covered with organic material that moved and excreted a dense acrid atmosphere that made her want to throw up. But the more she tried to find a way out the more she got herself trapped inside that madness. Until she reached the center of the cave and found the thing that lurked at the end. Before she could do anything she found herself restrained and unable to use her powers. She realized this was no alien form. It was something that emanated magic, and a very dark one, something that felt more familiar than alien to her. The only conclusion she could reach was that this was some sort of space demon. But her thoughts got interrupted, when one of the entity’s appendixes penetrated her. For a brief moment she felt fear and pain, but then as her conscience faded away, she realized she was now part of that cave. The trap had been sprung and now what once was called Raven awaits inside a cocoon waiting for her rebirth.
