Cynthia stirred in bed and reluctantly opened her eyes. The sun was up and sunlight was streaming brightly through the windows, in stark contrast to Cynthia's mood.

<em>Nicole's probably up already</em>, she thought. <em>I hate that she's a morning person</em>.

Cynthia slid out of bed and into the restroom. Nicole was sound asleep when she came back into the room.

<em>Wow, she must have drank too much last night.</em>

She resisted the urge to get back into bed and snuggle up to her gorgeous girlfriend.

<em>Nicole always brings me breakfast, so I'll surprise her today. Ugh. She likes sweet stuff for breakfast. Oh well, I guess pancakes won't kill me. Coffee! Coffee First, Girlfriend Second!</em>

Cynthia ordered everything and added a few salty items, bacon, eggs and toast for herself. She was hungry, no she was starving and she impatiently sipped her coffee. A few minutes later, a soft knock at the door announced the food arrival.

<em>Wow the service is good here</em>, she thought and tried unsuccessfully to tip the attendant.

Cynthia checked on Nicole and found her lying in bed, staring up at the ceiling. "Hey, sleeping beauty. You're finally up."

Nicole groaned and turned on her side, facing Cynthia. "How much did I drink last night?"

"I tried to stop you after your third margarita honey." She reminded Nicole. "But you wouldn't listen, then you had all those salty snacks when you got back to the room, so you're probably dehydrated."

"Ugh. I hurt. Ok doctor? I hurt." Nicole sat up. "Quit diagnosing me and get me some liquids and some pain relievers."

"Yes ma'am. Breakfast is ready whenever you want to rejoin humanity."

"I don't like you!" Nicole called out as Cynthia left the room.

Nicole finally made it back to the land of the living and joined Cynthia for breakfast. She gobbled the pancakes and most of the bacon, before Cynthia stole the last slice. Nicole finished her orange juice and picked up her cup of tea. "What's on the agenda today?"

"Honestly, I'd just like to stay in our room and watch you walk around in your underwear all day." Cynthia popped the last of the bacon in her mouth. "How's that sound?"

"Fantastic. But you have to stay in your underwear as well." Nicole sipped her tea and gazed warmly at Cynthia. "You're not the only one who likes to watch their girlfriend walk around in her underwear."

Cynthia laughed. "Does this ever stop?"

"What?"

"This desire." Cynthia shook her head. "It's like we're teenagers or something. Honestly Nikki, I can't get enough of you. It's not just the sex, which is mind-blowing by the way." Nicole gave her a naughty smile. "I just want to be with you. In your presence. Laughing with you. Anything with you. Ugh!"

"I feel the same way Cyn." Nicole replied. "I can't explain it either, but I'm drawn to you. I want-."

Nicole set her tea down and looked out the window, a tear rolled down her cheek, and Cynthia saw her chest hitch, as she struggled to keep from crying.

"Honey. What is it? Did I say something wrong?"

Nicole shook her head and wiped her eyes. Cynthia got her a few tissues and Nicole took them without looking at her.

"What's wrong Nikki? You're scaring me."

Cynthia kneeled next to Nicole's chair. Kneeling placed their eyes level with each other. Nicole finally met her girlfriend's eyes and they were brimming with tears, she flung herself into Cynthia's arms and held her tightly. Nicole cried openly, unable, or unwilling to stifle her tears any longer.

"Nikki. I don't know what's wrong baby, but we can fix it together." Cyn felt Nicole nod. "I promise."

Nicole and Cynthia held each other for several minutes, before Nicole calmed down. Cynthia pulled her to the couch, into her arms and they sat together in silence.

Nicole finally pulled away slightly and met Cynthia's eyes. "I Love You Cyn."

Cynthia's mouth dropped open and her eyes took their turn at filling with tears.

"Cyn. I Love You." Nicole repeated firmly. "I'm sorry it's taken me so long to say it to you. I love you and I'm not going to hide it or deny it any longer."

Their lips found each other and wouldn't let go, clothes disappeared, and Nicole and Cynthia didn't speak for the next several hours. Sounds. Urgent, loud and loving echoed in their suite, but no words were spoken. They finally lay spent, holding each other softly and enjoying the intimacy of each other's company, sleep eventually claimed both of them.

Nicole woke first. She pressed her body against Cynthia's, absorbing her warmth and letting her hands slide over her naked skin, her lips gently kissed her neck and shoulders. <em>God, I love the way her skin tastes.</em> Cynthia's back was lean and muscular and Nicole pressed her breasts against it, enjoying the texture and scent of her lover's skin.

Cynthia slipped one of Nicole's fingers into her mouth and tickled it with her tongue.

"Stop." Nicole said playfully. "Or we're going to get started all over again."

"Is that so bad?"

"No. Not at all, but I'm getting hungry again." Nicole kissed Cynthia's shoulder. "Feed me please and then we can start all over again. I think there may be a spot on your body that I haven't kissed yet."

Cynthia laughed. "I think you're right."

Nicole rolled over and slid out of bed. She rifled through her suitcase and came up with a new pair of lacy underwear. "I hope you like these."

"I'm pretty sure I will." She smiled at Nicole and watched her slide on the lacy panties. "Wow. I love them. Turn around." Cynthia looked hungrily at her girlfriend. "Your body is so stinkin' perfect. You have curves. God I always wanted curves."

"Stop it Cyn. You have an amazing body and you know it." A tight tank top slid over Nicole's head and she spun around once more for her lover. "What do you want for lunch?"

"Anything light, baby." Cynthia replied. "I ate too heavy this morning."

"Whatever Ms. Fitness." Nicole disappeared.

Cynthia slid out of bed and went to the restroom. <em>She loves me!</em> Cynthia shouted silently at the mirror. A goofy smile pasted itself on her face, but she didn't mind and she definitely didn't want it to go away. She hadn't been this happy since her wedding day, and then again, the day her son was born.

"Nicole loves me." Cynthia said quietly, as though she didn't believe it, or thought that it was a dream. "Nicole loves me." She said again louder.

"Yes." Nicole's voice floated into the bathroom, followed quickly by a smiling Nicole. "Nicole loves you very much."

Cynthia jumped. "Damn you scared me."

"Sorry Cyn." Nicole said quickly. "Lunch is on the way. I don't mind if you stay naked, but you might want to wait until I get the food, before you come out to the living room." She started to walk out of the bathroom, but turned at the door. "You look amazing naked, by the way."

Nicole had lunch on the table, when Cynthia emerged from their bedroom. Not naked. She was wearing only panties though and a loose t-shirt. "Let's eat outside."

"Sounds good." Cynthia nodded. "You think we're fine in our underwear?"

"We should probably put on shorts right?"

"Yea." Cynthia nodded. "I don't want any more women coming by and trying to steal you away."

Nicole smiled and went to the bedroom to slip on a pair of shorts. She smiled as the thought about Cynthia's reaction.

"Those are your shorts?" Cynthia replied when she walked back into the room. "Your underwear covered more skin."

"You don't like them?" Nicole asked quickly, acting scared.

"No, I love them. I love your ass and your body."

Nicole laughed. "Then you're just going to have to deal with it, Cyn." She winked at her girlfriend. "Wait until you see the shorts Iaid out for you."

Cynthia came back in, wearing the shorts Nicole picked out smiling. "Not bad. You like?" She did a slow 360.

"Definitely." Nicole replied softly.

"Let's go."

Cynthia carried the food out to their little patio and Nicole carried the drinks. Just when they sat down, Nicole's phone chimed.

"Ugh."

"Ignore it."

"I can't." Nicole replied and put down her good. "It's probably Nick and I told him I'd stay in touch with him."

"Ok. Go get it."

"Sorry."

"Don't apologize Nikki. It's ok."

Nicole disappeared inside and Cynthia heard. "Oh My God!" "Cyn, come here. You have to see this!" Cynthia scrambled out of her chair and went inside. Nicole looked up. "It wasn't Nick. It was Collin."

"Collin." Cynthia's voice turned stiff at the mention of Nicole's ex-boyfriend. "I thought you were done with Collin."

"Stop. It's not what you think. He sent me a video." Nicole fiddled with her phone. "Here, I'll start it over."

She put the phone down on the table and they both bent over to watch the video clip. Nick appeared on the screen, on stage, holding a microphone.

<em>"Ladies and Gentleman." Nick started smoothly. "Thank you for coming out tonight. We're going to start off with a little number for the guys in the back."</em>

"Holy shit!" Nicole repeated herself.

"Did you know he could sing?" Cynthia asked.

"No. He mentioned being in a band once, but he said they sucked."

The ladies laughed and giggled as Nick sang the song.

"Wow, he's really getting into it." Cynthia said laughing. "Look at him move. He looks good."

"Nick's gotten serious about working out and eating better. Wow, he does look good, doesn't he? Was that a moon-walk?"

"Look at the crowd! They love him."

"Holy Shit!" Cynthia said softly. "He really rocked that song."

Nicole watched as Nick walked back towards the camera. His head was down and he was trying to get through the crowd as quickly as possible.

<em>He hates being the center of attention,</em> Nicole thought. <em>He really does look handsome.</em>

The video stopped when Nick was still several feet away. Nicole got up, checked the text and read it aloud.

<em>"Nick rocked the house last night Nicole. We signed four new clients and it was Nick that sealed the deal!"</em>

"Wow." Cynthia said quietly.

<em>"Nick and I hope you and Cynthia are having a great time. Please say HI to Cynthia for us. Nick and I really need her help, so hopefully she'll make time for us when she gets back. Take care."</em>

Nicole put her phone down and looked over at her girlfriend. Cynthia looked back. "I don't know what to do, Nikki."

"Then don't do anything." Nicole replied. "We're in the middle of our vacation. Nick and Collin can wait and you said your company loves you." She walked over and put her arms around Cynthia. "Take your time Cyn. No hurry."

Cynthia didn't say anything, she just hugged Nicole back. A few seconds later, she started to move them towards the door, and Nicole jumped up, and put her legs around Cynthia's waist. "I'm carrying you now? Is that it?"

Nicole pressed her face against Cynthia's neck and nodded. Cynthia carried Nicole out to the patio with a smile. "Here you go. I spoil you so much!"

"Yes you do." Nicole agreed. "Am I worth it?"

"You know you are. Quit fishing for a compliment."

Nicole winked at her and picked up some fruit and cheeses. They sat back and looked out at the beach. It was full of women. All kinds of women. The one thing they all seemed to have in common was that they were happy.

"Nikki." Cynthia's voice caught her attention. "What do you think about me working with Collin and Nick? Honestly."

"Cyn, are you sure you want to talk about this, because you kind of got upset the last time I brought it up."

"Yes. I want to hear your thoughts."

Nicole sighed and sat up straighter. "Cyn, I don't see a downside to joining Nick and Collin's firm." Cynthia's mouth opened and Nicole held up her hand. "Just let me finish, please."

"Nick told me before I left that you would be a partner in the firm. You wouldn't be working for either one of them. I think that's a really good thing."

"It is."

"Second, you'd run the real estate part of the business and it would be yours to run. Nick talked about paying you a salary at first, but when the revenues exceed the salary, you keep all the revenues. He said they had enough clients that he didn't think you'd be paid a salary long."

"Ok. Did he say the size of the salary?"

"No. You'd need to discuss it with him and Collin."

"Ahh. I see."

"Nick said something about you being a partner, but not having any equity in the firm. I'm not real clear on that part, but he said they would be willing to let you purchase equity anytime you wanted."

"So I'd be a partner, but not necessarily have an ownership stake in the company."

"Cyn. I think that's right, but you're already beyond me. I will tell you that Nick and Collin put up $250k to start the business and they each own 50%. I got the sense that you could buy in slowly, if you wanted."

"Nikki. I don't know that much about the real estate business." Cynthia admitted.

"I do. Besides, Nick and Collin don't need a technical expert. They need someone they know and can trust. They need someone who is used to speaking with High Net Worth individuals, like doctors, and they need someone who can sell. I understand you're amazing at selling."

Cynthia shrugged. "Yea. I've done pretty well at it."

"I could work with you and be your technical expert." Nicole beamed at her girlfriend. "I've already got my real estate license. I've also worked in commercial real estate for about 10 years and I know some great property management firms."

"Ugh. Nikki. I just moved to Austin. Jason and I just got settled and I'd lose money on my house." Cynthia shook her head. "I'm doing well, but I'm not sure I can afford to move again so soon." She looked over. "What?"

Nicole laughed and gave Cynthia a superior look. "I worked in Real Estate, remember?"

"So?"

"Cyn, just make Nick and Collin provide you a relocation package. I'll even help you structure it, and by the time I'm done, you might even make money."

"It's that simple is it?"

Nicole shook her head. "No honey. You know it's not that simple. There's a lot of work involved and you'd be starting the business from the ground up. That's never easy. It'll be your business though and you'd be your own boss. Finally, you're walking into a situation where you'd have the support you need and a list of ready clients." Nicole took a sip of her drink before continuing. "Cyn. This is a good opportunity."

"You and I would work together?"

"Yep and you could sexually harass me anytime you wanted!"

"Hmmm. Sounds fun."

"Ok. I'm done. You can talk to Nick and Collin if you want to learn more. I'm sick of talking business. I'm sick of talking about Nick and Collin. I want to focus on my girlfriend." Nicole stood up and took her plate inside the suite.

"You're leaving me out here?" Cynthia asked loudly.

"No." Nicole replied from inside the room. "I'm getting naked in here. It's up to you, if you want to join me."

Cynthia abruptly stopped chewing the slice of melon in her mouth and stared at the beach for a moment, barely two seconds later, she scrambled inside, leaving her food and plate on the patio. Nicole wasn't in the living room and Cynthia peaked in the bedroom.

Nicole was laying naked on the bed, smiling up at her. "Get in here. I need you. Now."

Cynthia slipped out of her clothes quickly, before she moved on top of Nicole, and kissed her passionately. Nicole's arms came up around her and she ran her fingernails softly down her lover's back, a moan escaped Cynthia, but it was quickly muffled by Nicole's mouth as they continued to kiss, softly, passionately. Nicole finally pushed back on Cynthia's shoulders.

"Cyn."

"Hmmmm. Yes?" She continued to kiss Nicole's neck.

Nicole's face flushed bright red. "Um. Do you have one of those strap-on thingy's?"

Cynthia stopped and looked at Nicole intensely. "Yes. I brought something special."

"Will you get it? Please?" Nicole traced her finger along Cynthia's neck, down through her cleavage, before she looked up again. "I really want you to fuck me."

A passionate kiss followed Nicole's admission and Cynthia scooted off the bed once Nicole let go of her. She was back in a flash and she smiled as she showed Nicole her new toy. It was firm, but flexible and in an L-shape. "I've never used this before, ever, but it's supposed to be very intimate and neither one of us needs to wear anything to use it." Cynthia paused. "Just please be patient."

Nicole nodded excitedly and Cynthia moved forward on her knees, until she was between Nicole's legs. She coated both ends with lubricant and carefully slipped the short end inside her. She closed her eyes and sighed. "That feels nice." The longer end protruded out from her, much like a cock and she smiled down at Nicole and shifted forward, and she slid the other end along Nicole's lips. "Are you ready?"

"Yes!"

Cynthia shifted her weight forward and the long end of the silicone cock, slid inside Nicole. A gasp burst from Nicole and she arched her back. "That feels so good." Nicole said breathlessly. Cynthia moved in and out of Nicole slowly and she felt her end of silicone cock move pleasurably inside her as well. It felt amazing for both of them. Cynthia was careful at first, but once Nicole was able to take all of it, she leaned down over Nicole.

"Fuck me, please Cyn." Nicole gasped.

The intimacy was overpowering and pleasure surged through Cynthia and Nicole. Their bodies slapped against each other gently and moans, cries and shouts all mixed in the bedroom. Cynthia enjoyed the powerful feeling of thrusting inside Nicole and the silicone cock felt amazing inside her as well.

"You fuck me so well, baby." Nicole ran her fingernails down Cynthia's back. "Don't stop. Please don't stop."

Cynthia put her hand on Nicole's jaw and kissed her roughly. "You like the way I fuck you, don't you?"

"Yes. Ohhh. Yes yes yes!"

Nicole climaxed savagely under Cynthia and she felt herself almost pass out. The sensation of being under Cynthia, feeling her tits brush against her own, and being penetrated and fucked, was unlike anything she'd ever felt before. Nicole ran her hands over Cynthia's hips and pulled on her ass. It was so unlike having sex with a man and Nicole loved everything about it. The intimacy was overpowering and Nicole found that she loved feeling a feminine body above hers, as she was getting fucked. The light smell of vanilla, filled her nose, and she licked, sucked and bit her way around Cynthia's neck and shoulders.

<em>Cyn, smells great, she feels great and she fucks amazing!</em>

An orgasm ripped through Cynthia a short time later. She experienced the same overpowering sense of pleasure as Nicole. As her orgasm subsided, Cynthia rested on Nicole, recovering slowly and slipping into a warm bath of contentment, with afterglow bubbles coating the surface.

Nicole was in heaven, her body was relaxed, happy and satisfied. The experience was made even better, because Cynthia's body was laying on top of hers. Nicole felt submissive, happy and unbelievably in love with the woman laying on top of her. Their bodies felt joined and she could feel her lover's heartbeat. Nicole caressed Cynthia's back and kissed her neck softly. "I love you, Cyn." She said in between kisses. "I love you so much."

Cynthia lifted up onto her elbows. She smiled down at Nicole. "Nikki, you have no idea how good it feels to hear you say those words."

"I'll say them often Cyn, because they're true. 100% true."

"I'm believe you, Nikki. I love you too!"

"Good."

Cynthia carefully removed their new favorite toy from both of them. She took it to the bathroom. When she came back, she was smiling widely. "Was that amazing or was it just me?"

<hr pg="2" />"It was amazing. You know what else I like about sex with you?"

"What?"

"No stubble burn on my cheeks. No running off to the bathroom to clean up. No one asking me "Did you orgasm? Was it good for you?" Nicole said the last one with a low voice, mimicking a guy.

Cynthia laughed. "Men. They're such fragile creatures."

"I know right." Nicole nodded. "Hey, I have an idea for tonight."

"Oh Yea?"

"There is a sunset cruise that the hotel offers. Do you want to go? We could have a romantic dinner together and the sunset is supposed to be amazing. It would be fun."

"That does sound like fun." Cynthia admitted. "Do we have time?"

"Let me call the front desk." Nicole sprang out of bed.

"Wow. I guess I didn't wear you out." Cynthia said dryly.

Nicole stopped, then turned around. "Cyn, sex with you just now was sensual, intimate and completely off-the-charts great. You gave me such an amazing orgasm, I almost passed out. Now stop it. Who's the fragile creature now?"

"Bitch. Go make our reservations and find out if it's formal or not."

"Yes Ma'am."

Cynthia and Nicole made the cruise and it wasn't formal. They both chose shorts, with a light comfortable blouses, their clothes didn't match exactly, but anyone who looked, would think they were a couple. They spent most of the cruise, next to the railing, enjoying the beautiful sunset and ocean view. Nicole and Cynthia didn't talk much. While they did enjoy the view of the sunset and ocean, they also spent a lot of time staring into each other's eyes.

"You're so beautiful." Nicole breathed softly. She reached up and kissed Cynthia gently.

"So are you, Nikki."

Dinner was finally ready. They took their seats and found themselves sharing a table with several other couples. A few drinks later and their table was consumed with laughter. It was easy to relax and have fun at an Olivia event. Everyone was there to have fun, to be out, and open about who they were as a person and also fully embrace their lives. It was liberating on a level that almost escaped words.

While the fun and laughter didn't stop, the table quieted when Nicole mentioned that she was bisexual, rather than 100% lesbian. The reactions at the table were mixed. A few of the ladies looked disappointed, almost angry, while others were happy for her and understanding.

"You just haven't met the right woman." A lady across the table said with an inviting smile.

"Excuse me!" Cynthia snapped right back and took a deep breath.

Nicole put her hand on Cynthia's arm, before her girlfriends temper and jealousy could make an appearance. "No. Cyn. Let me answer."

Anger flashed in Cynthia's eyes, but she nodded at Nicole. Cynthia took a big swallow of her drink, while Nicole composed her thoughts. "I have met the right woman." Nicole started, she looked at Cynthia for a second and then turned to the lady across the table. "Cyn, is amazing and I'm truly blessed to have her in my life."

"But?" The lady asked immediately. Her attitude turned dismissive.

"No buts. There are no buts, no qualifications, no caveats or addendums, when it comes to my feelings for Cynthia." Nicole smiled warmly at her girlfriend again, before she turned back to the lady across the table. "Attraction isn't a choice. A person doesn't get to choose whether they're attracted to men or women or both. It would be a lot easier for me, if I could pick one or the other. I can't. I'm attracted to both men and women, it's simply the way I am. A super stud won't stop me from being attracted to women and Wonder Woman herself wouldn't stop me from being attracted to men."

Nicole looked around the table, meeting each ladies eyes, before finishing.

"It's not easy being a lesbian or being bisexual. I'm sure all of you understand what I'm saying. It's not easy, not in any sense of the word." Nicole beamed at Cynthia for second, before she returned her gaze to the table. "But I would rather do hard with Cynthia, than easy with anyone else in the world."

"Wow." The lady said with a smile. "I stand corrected, maybe you have met the right woman."

"I am so hot for you right now!" Cynthia gushed.

The table erupted in laughter. Nicole and Cynthia received a light round of applause and the other tables turned to look. Cynthia kissed Nicole on the cheek. "I love you."

"I love you too."

The topic of conversation moved to other things and the ladies talked, joked and laughed all through dinner. Cynthia kept giving Nicole lustful looks all through the dessert course. They made their way back to the upper deck and watched the shoreline grow larger, as the ship came back to shore. The evening was perfect and neither of them wanted to cheapen it with words. Nicole and Cynthia stood together, arm in arm, leaning slightly against one another, simply enjoying the night.

"I have a surprise for you." Cynthia said as they walked hand-in-hand back to the hotel. "I think you're going to love it."

"Oh Yea? Well, just what is my surprise?"

"There's a concert tonight at the hotel." Cynthia winked at her girlfriend. "Any idea who's performing?"

"The Pussycat Dolls?"

"God, I wish!" Cynthia laughed. "Don't take this the wrong way honey, but if Nicole Scherzinger ever becomes a lesbian and hits on me, I might just cheat on you!"

Nicole laughed and snorted a little. "You wouldn't have to cheat Cyn. We could share her."

It was Cynthia's turn to laugh and then she shook her head. "Nikki, the problem is that I couldn't share you. I'm sorry, but I just don't want to see you with another woman."

"You'll never have to share me Cyn." Nicole stopped and pulled Cynthia into a kiss. "You're the only woman for me."

Cynthia nodded and they started walking again. A light breeze blew over the sand and the sound of the waves was calming. "Nikki?"

Nicole's voice was soft, teasing. "Yes."

"You said I'm the only woman for you." Cynthia took a deep breath. "Not the only person for you."

Nicole was silent for a minute, before she looked over at Cynthia. "What are you asking Cyn? I'm not sure I understand."

"I'm not sure I understand either Nikki." Cynthia shrugged. "I guess I was just wondering if it would ever be just you and me?" She shook her head quickly. "Forget it Nikki. I don't know what I'm saying and I told myself I wasn't going to bring it up."

"Cyn-."

"Nikki." Cynthia interrupted quickly. "Stop. I don't want to ruin our evening. Let's go see your surprise."

Nicole looked at Cynthia for a moment longer, before she gave her a shaky smile and nodded. "What's my surprise?"

"Vicci Martinez." Cynthia replied with a cute smile.

"No Way!"

"Way!"

They collapsed against each other laughing and Nicole squealed excitedly. "I love her. She is such an amazing singer and her voice is like 'audio sex'.

Cynthia giggled and gave her a funny look. "Audio sex?"

"I'm just saying that if you close your eyes and just listen, it's like having sex with your ears or something. I can't explain it. Anyway, let's go see that cute little hottie sing!"

"You better just watch her, honey-baby. If I catch you hitting on Vicci, I will punish you later!" Cynthia warned.

Nicole winked at her girlfriend. "Promise?"

"God, I love you."

The hotel had a huge ballroom and Cynthia and Nicole were able to get seats in the front row. Nicole couldn't take her eyes off the petite, latin singer.

"Quite the little groupie, aren't you?" Cynthia teased her girlfriend.

"Stop it!" Nicole glared at her girlfriend. "I just like her voice and her music and her face and her body...Ok Ok, I'm a groupie."

Cynthia rolled her eyes, but she cheered along with everyone else as Vicci sang and she clapped hard when the performance was over. Vicci signed autographs after the performance and Nicole purchased her CD, had it signed, and even posed for a picture with Vicci (Cynthia was in the picture as well). Cynthia held onto Nicole's hand possessively, as she gushed over Vicci, waiting for her autograph. Once the picture was taken, she gently, but firmly pulled Nicole away from the gorgeous singer.

"Cyn, stop!" Nicole said as they exited the ballroom, she pulled Cynthia over to a corner and faced her. "I don't even know if Vicci is a lesbian or bisexual. You have nothing to worry about honey."

"Nikki." Cynthia's voice was tinged with anger. "I told you I was jealous and you're throwing yourself at her."

"What!" Nicole's mouth dropped open. "Cyn, I did not throw myself at her, ok? Yes, I'm a fan. Yes, I think she's cute, but I did not hit on that woman. I asked for an autograph, and a picture, and about thirty other women did the same thing, dammit."

"You just don't understand Nikki." Cynthia said quietly.

Nicole pulled Cynthia close. "What don't I understand? I'm sorry Cyn. I don't know what I'm doing that's making you so angry or jealous."

Cynthia rolled her eyes and started walking quickly back to the bar. Nicole watched her for a second, before she followed her, anger seeped into her, as she followed Cynthia.

<em>What the fuck? I get an autograph and a picture and I'm throwing myself at her? Damn, why is Cyn so jealous?</em>

The bar was fairly crowded, because a lot the people watching Vicci Martinez, headed for the bar afterwards. Nicole silently hoped Vicci wouldn't be in there, because she didn't know how Cynthia would react. She caught up to Cynthia and walked next to her as she found an empty spot at the bar. Cynthia ordered a drink for herself and didn't bother to even look in Nicole's direction, even though it was obvious they were a couple. The bartender sensed the tension and her eyebrows rose a bit.

"What can I get you?" She asked Nicole.

"Diet Coke, please."

The bartender nodded and went to get their drinks.

"You going to explain yourself or do I have to keep guessing tonight?"

"What do you care?" Cynthia hissed and then motioned to the bar. "See we're surrounded by lesbians, why don't you go throw yourself at one? You don't seem happy with me. You keep flirting with every lesbian who comes near you, can't wait to spread your legs for another woman, can you?"

"Jesus. Cynthia! What the hell?" Nicole moved over and stood directly in front of her girlfriend. "Stop, just stop and talk to me. Please baby! I don't want to fight and I definitely don't want anyone but you Cyn."

Nicole saw the anger and frustration that filled Cynthia's eyes, slowly bleed away as she looked at her. She didn't want to take the chance of those emotions coming back, so she reached up and kissed Cynthia softly. "I love you. Cynthia, I love you." She whispered intently when their kiss ended. "Please let's not fight."

The bartender cleared her throat and Nicole and Cynthia broke to take their drinks. Nicole took her soda and realized that Cynthia had ordered a shot.

"I'll have what she's having." Nicole said quickly to the bartender. She turned back to Cynthia. "We getting drunk tonight? I'm game if you are."

Cynthia finally broke her silence with laughter. "Fuckin' right we are."

Nicole's shot appeared and she raised her glass at Cynthia and they both downed their shots. Nicole made a circling motion with her hand. "Another round over here!" The bartender nodded and smiled widely.

"What the fuck did you order?" Nicole asked. "I didn't realize they sold gasoline in bars."

"It's Tequila, you sexy, little flirtatious bitch."

Their shots arrived and they immediately downed the second shot.

"Aren't we supposed to get lime and salt with Tequila shots?" Nicole asked after making a Tequila face.

"We're slumming tonight baby." Cynthia said with a smile.

"Fine with me, but before we get too drunk baby, why don't you tell me what's going on?"

Cynthia sighed. "Nikki, I'm just jealous. You don't seem to realize how people react around you and you're no fucking nice, I can't tell if you're flirting or just being sociable. God, I'm sorry. It's just that I saw the chemistry between you and Vicci and it made me jealous. Things are so good between us, I just don't want to lose you."

Another round of shots were delivered, along with a soda for Cynthia, and the bartender leaned over. "This is the last shot for a while ladies. I'll stop bring you all the soda you want, but three shots in five minutes is enough for now."

Nicole stuck out her lip. "Awww. You're no fun."

The bartender laughed and winked at them. "Ladies, my shift ends at midnight, if you're around then, I'll show you some fun."

Nicole started to laugh, but caught the look in Cynthia's eyes. Anger and jealousy were fixing to make a comeback, so she grabbed Cynthia's arm quickly. "Let's go dance or drink in our room."

"Our room." Cynthia replied, giving Nicole a hungry look.

When they got back to their room, the tequila shots had definitely made themselves comfortable, and Nicole and Cynthia both were unsteady on their feet. They managed to get naked, fall into bed, and get tangled up with each other.

"I'm really sorry Cynthia." Nicole began. "I never want to hurt your feelings or make you feel jealous."

"Nikki. I'm sorry too, I acted like a lovesick teenager. Fuck!"

"It's ok baby, but please just trust me a little more. I won't cheat on you and I'll be more careful from now on."

"It's not always your fault Nikki. Remember when Michelle approached you in the gym? I saw that you weren't flirting with her, but it still made me jealous. I realize I can't put you in a cage, but I guess I just want other women to stay away from you."

Nicole laughed. "Good luck with that, holy cow, you brought us to a lesbian resort! How the hell am I supposed to avoid other women?"

"I didn't say it made sense, bitch!" Cynthia pinched her lightly. "Besides, I'd feel the same way, if men were flirting with you. Remember the party at Collin's house? I wanted to scratch his eyes out, every time he put his arm around you."

"Ok Cyn. You have jealousy issues." Nicole said lightly. "What can I do? Should I get a tattoo, with your name on it? Where should it go, on my forehead?"

"Hey, don't make fun of me!"

"Baby, I'm sorry. I just don't know how to prevent you from getting jealous." Nicole sat up and looked at her girlfriend. "If you could control my behavior, what would you change?"

Cynthia sat up as well and ran her hand over Nicole's shoulder and back. "I don't know. I guess, just hold my hand when we're near a group of people or someone new. Just stick next to me, in social situations, so I know you're thinking of me, instead of some hot bartender or a cute musician." Cynthia buried her face in her hands. "God, I sound like some abusive spouse or something." Her shoulder shook as she cried.

Nicole hugged her tightly. "It's ok Cyn. I can do that and I don't mind being close to you. You don't sound like an abusive spouse, stop it." Nicole kissed her cheek several times. "You realize of course, you're way too gorgeous to be this insecure, right?"

"Whatever." Cynthia said with a shake of her head. She wiped her eyes. "You're the only woman I've fallen in love with Nicole. This is all new to me as well, honey. I know I'm not being rational, but it's how I feel." Cynthia looked over at her girlfriend. "Nikki, can I just hold you tonight? I'll have sex if you want, but I just really need to feel close to you."

"Yes. Of course."

Nicole and Cynthia slid, fully under the covers, and Cynthia's held Nicole tightly. They faced each other at first, but Nicole turned, at Cynthia's request, and they spooned until they were both falling asleep.

"Nikki." Cynthia said quietly.

"Yes."

"Would you get a tattoo for me?"

"Yes. I would Cyn."

"Really?"

"Well, within reason of course, but yes, I would get a tattoo, if that's what you want."

"You do love me." Cynthia breathed into her ear.

Nicole laughed softly. "Yes baby. I do love you. Now, I'm not getting a name tattooed on my body, because that's the curse of death for relationships, but a symbol or a picture is fine. I'd really rather not have a tramp stamp either, but we can discuss it."

"How about matching tattoo's?"

"Now you're talking." Nicole said with laugh. "I'm falling asleep though baby, can we talk about it in the morning?"

Cynthia kissed her cheek. "Yes."

* * *

"I fucking hate you!" Nicole said as she cradled her head. "Tequila! Why did you have to choose Tequila?"

Cynthia came out of the bathroom, clearly suffering from her own hangover. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry."

"You better be, you sexy, jealous, hung-over, sorry-excuse-for-a-girlfriend." Nicole replied and then patted the bed. "Now get back in bed with me."

"Nikki. Fucking will only make our headaches worse." Cynthia walked over and pulled the covers back, exposing Nicole's naked body. "Get up and let's go get something to eat and drink. The beach is the best cure for a hangover."

"You better be right dammit." Nicole replied and slid of the bed. She swayed a bit, on her way to the bathroom, and managed to give her girlfriend a sexy glare.

They showered together quickly and made their way to the buffet. Nicole threw caution to the wind and had a waffle, smothered in strawberries, with plenty of syrup and a big side of bacon.

<em>I'll work it off later</em>, she thought. <em>Besides, I earned a big breakfast, by pounding shots with my girlfriend.</em>

Their headaches went away after several pain relievers, a big breakfast and several glasses of water and juice. When they made it back to their room, they were feeling human again and changed quickly into their bathing suits. Nicole put on a suit she could never wear around her kids and smiled at Cynthia's reaction.

"Holy Shit! Damn that looks good on you!" Cynthia's arms circled Nicole and she pulled her close. "Maybe we can stay in?"

"Oh No!" Nicole wriggled out of Cynthia's arms. "I wanted to stay in bed remember. You drug my sorry, hung-over ass out of bed earlier, so we're going to the beach now." She winked at Cynthia. "I'll get a hand towel to soak up your drool!"

"Fuck. You!" Cynthia said, pronouncing each word distinctly.

"Later." Nicole kissed Cynthia and giggled. She tweaked her nose. "You can fuck me later. Now, it's beach time!"

Cynthia glared at her girlfriend, before she stalked into the bathroom.

"I thought we were going to the beach?" Nicole called out.

"We are! I don't like my suit, so I'm changing." Cynthia shouted through the door.

Nicole rolled her eyes and walked out to their little patio. The beach looked amazing and the white sand beckoned to her. She slumped into a chair and sighed heavily, impatient to get to the beach.

"Ta Da!" Cynthia's voice washed over her.

Nicole's mouth dropped open as Cynthia did a slow 360 for her girlfriend. Cynthia's swimsuit was beautiful, very skimpy and completely mouth-watering. In fact, Nicole actually felt her mouth fill with saliva. She swallowed carefully and smiled. "You are so sexy. Where have you been hiding that suit?"

Cynthia laughed and shook her ass at Nicole. "I got it just before we left. I wasn't sure if I was brave enough to wear it, but when I saw your suit, I thought I'd live on the edge a little." She looked shyly at Nicole. "You're sure it looks ok?"

"No." Nicole replied quickly. "It looks absolutely horrible. As a matter of fact, I want you to take it off, now!"

"Oh no! Beach time."

"Wow." Nicole's eyes did the elevator on Cynthia's body. "The color looks amazing against your tan."

"Awww. Thank you. I was initially against getting a white suit, but I liked the Brazilian cut and the gold hoops."

"No, Cyn. Honestly, you look amazing. Wow!" Nicole finally drug her eyes away from her girlfriend. "I'm going to stick close to you today. No question about it."

<hr pg="3" />Cynthia's expression grew serious. "You promise?"

"Yes. I promise baby." Nicole stood and hugged Cynthia lightly. "Now let's go get some sun."

The beach was crowded with women. Nicole looked around with a smile, because every person on the beach looked relaxed and happy. It was like a drug, happiness infected everyone. A couple was just leaving, as they walked up, and they were able to snag their lounge chairs and umbrella. When they got everything arranged, Cynthia got out their sunscreen.

A familiar voice called out to them. "Hey. Can I help you with that?"

"Michelle!" Cynthia replied first.

"Hey stranger, where you been?" Nicole quickly followed.

"I met someone!" Michelle said excitedly and motioned behind her. "Cynthia, Nicole, I want you to meet Erin."

Erin smiled shyly, waved at Cynthia and Nicole, and walked up and put her arm around Michelle's waist. "Hi. It's nice to meet both of you."

Nicole motioned them over and she moved over to Cynthia's lounge chair. "Why don't you two join us?"

"Are you sure?" Michelle asked.

Cynthia nodded. "Absolutely. C'mon Michelle, Erin, get over here."

"Thanks! The beach is so crowded. How did you guys find chairs again?"

"We got lucky. A couple was leaving when we arrived, so we jumped on them."

Erin smiled and sat on the lounge chair, Nicole just vacated. "Good thinking."

Michelle sat next to Erin and leaned into her, smiling widely. Erin put her arm around Michelle again and kissed her head softly. Erin was taller than Michelle and Nicole, but she looked a little shorter than Cynthia. Her shoulder length brown hair, with blonde highlights, was pulled back into a pony tail.

<em>Late 20's</em>, Nicole estimated<em>. About Michelle's age.</em>

"Did I hear a southern accent, Erin?" Cynthia asked.

Erin's smile was warm, natural and beautiful, with straight white teeth. She nodded. "Yes. The accent is pure Tulsa, Oklahoma."

"Isn't it sexy?" Michelle gushed.

Nicole and Cynthia laughed, it was impossible to miss just how happy Michelle was with Erin. She kissed Erin on the cheek and Erin tightened her arm around her shoulders.

"So c'mon you two, spill it! How did you meet?" Cynthia demanded.

"At one of the single mixers." Erin replied simply.

"Erin was a little late and she looked so shy, I just had to introduce myself." Michelle picked up immediately. "We talked through the entire mixer and I asked her to have dinner with me."

"I'm naturally a shy person, but Michelle is so freakin' cute, I couldn't resist." Erin replied. "Dinner was fun and then Michelle wanted to go dancing afterwards." Erin blushed a little. "I can country dance, but I'm not real comfortable with the hip-hop stuff."

It was fun to watch them, because their attraction and energy was bursting from both of them, as they talked. Cynthia gave Nicole a cute little look and Nicole knew she was thinking the same thing.

"Erin's a great country dancer and we danced to every country song and every slow song together." Michelle nudged her new girlfriend. "I even convinced her to try dancing to some contemporary music and she did great."

"No I didn't." Erin replied quickly. "I stood close to you and shuffled my feet from side to side. I'm pretty sure that's not even dancing."

"Stop it!" Michelle kissed her cheek. "You were great and sexy and amazing."

Erin cocked her head at Michelle. "And you have a biased opinion."

Nicole and Cynthia laughed at the cute back and forth, between the new couple.

"They look good together." Cynthia whispered in Nicole's ear.

Nicole nodded back at her, she motioned to her back. "Sunscreen, please."

"Yes Ma'am."

Erin looked over at Cynthia applied sunscreen to Nicole. "So, how about you two? How did you get together? How long have you been seeing each other?"

"Want me to start?" Cynthia offered.

"Sure." Nicole closed her eyes and enjoyed Cynthia's hands on her body. She tried to keep her mind on what Cynthia was talking about, rather than her desire to get her girlfriend naked.

"We've been together almost a year and I met Nicole in a club one night." Cynthia paused dramatically. "She was with her boyfriend at the time."

"Yuck!" Michelle said quickly.

Cynthia and Erin laughed and Nicole just shook her head. Cynthia kissed her cheek, before continuing. "He was a good-looking guy, but I saw Nicole sitting by herself, and asked her to dance."

Nicole opened her eyes. "Of course I said yes. Here's this statuesque blonde, perfect woman, standing in front of me and she wants to dance? Heck yes, I agreed immediately."

Cynthia kissed her neck. "So we danced for several songs and, of course, the men in the club had their tongues hanging out. God, I hate that!" She shook her head. "Anyway, dancing with Nicole was worth it."

"You had a boyfriend?" Erin asked.

"Yes. My boyfriend knew I was interested in women, bi-curious I guess is the term, but I'd never had the courage to explore it. When Cynthia asked me to dance, he was supportive, and encouraged me to dance with her and then talk with her after we danced."

"He just wanted to watch you to together, I bet." Michelle said disdainfully.

"I'm sure that was part of it." Nicole replied seriously. "But he was also genuinely supportive of me and my desires. He hosted a party a few weeks later, and he was ok, that I invited Cynthia. It was at the party that I confessed to Cynthia that I'd never been with a woman before and she was patient and understanding."

Cynthia jumped into the conversation. "Who wouldn't be patient and understanding with someone like Nicole, right?"

Erin and Michelle smiled and nodded and Nicole nudged Cynthia. "Stop it."

"Anyway." Cynthia replied, taking over the conversation. "I told her then, that I didn't want to be with her boyfriend, or any other man, for that matter. Nicole was ok with it and so was her boyfriend."

"Are you still seeing your boyfriend?" Erin asked.

"No." Nicole replied. "Our relationship didn't last much after Cynthia entered the picture. She wasn't the main reason we broke up, but I don't think he was comfortable sharing me with her."

"I wasn't comfortable sharing you with him either." Cynthia added softly.

"I know honey." Nicole replied. She looked back over at Erin and Michelle. "We broke up, but it was amicable and we're still friends. He's in a relationship now, and it looks pretty serious, so I'm happy for him."

"Nicole and I started seeing each other pretty seriously after her breakup and I moved to Austin to be closer to her. It's working out so far and we're taking it day-by-day."

"You two definitely look happy together, that's for sure." Michelle said with a smile.

Nicole smiled. "Thank you. We are happy together."

"Do you live together?" Erin asked.

"No." Cynthia replied. "Nicole lives in San Antonio and I live in Austin, so we're only an hour apart, and we see each other regularly."

Nicole was starting to get a little uneasy with the direction of the conversation. So far, they'd just skimmed the surface of their relationship, but if they went any further, it would lead to Nick, to April and Jasmine and to Jason. The unique nature of their relationship was something Nicole wanted to avoid talking about with two people they had just met.

"Do you two live close to one another?" Nicole asked, trying to steer the conversation in a different direction.

Erin shook her head. "No. We've talked about it and we're going to try the long distance relationship thing, see if it works out. If it does, then we'll talk about moving closer to each other."

"We can do it, Erin. I'm positive we can find a way to make it work."

"I believe you Michelle."

It was Nicole's turn to put sunscreen on Cynthia and she pushed her girlfriend onto her back. A sarcastic smile crossed Nicole's face as she surveyed Cynthia's athletic body. Cynthia handed Nicole a towel. "Here, you're drooling."

Nicole took the towel and swatted Cynthia in the leg. "Bitch!"

"You two are hilarious." Michelle said.

"Nicole's got a little bit of temper." Cynthia explained with a smile.

"Cynthia's a little jealous." Nicole bit back.

Michelle nodded. "I got the jealous part, back in the gym."

Cynthia blushed and covered her face with her hands, while Nicole laughed and continued to rub sunscreen over her legs. "I'm so sorry Michelle." Cynthia said after a minute. "I do get jealous and I'm working on it, but I'm definitely a work in progress."

"It's ok Cyn." Nicole replied softly. "I'd rather have you jealous, than indifferent."

"I need a kiss." Cynthia pleaded and Nicole gladly gave her one.

They spent the rest of the afternoon with Erin and Michelle and agreed to have dinner together.

When they made it back to their room, Nicole attacked Cynthia, roughly pulling her swimming suit off her body and pushing her back onto the bed. She pulled Cynthia's legs apart, without any kissing or fondling, and thrust her tongue against Cynthia's wet lips. Cynthia gasped loudly, and responded in kind, to Nicole's reckless abandon. She pulled Nicole's head tight against her pussy, forcing Nicole's tongue inside her and rocked her hips. It was hot, hard and within seconds Cynthia cried out, as her orgasm burst through her.

"Come here!" Cynthia commanded and pulled Nicole up to a sitting position. She slid one of her legs under Nicole and had the other sit on top of Nicole's leg. Cynthia pushed forward and their legs scissored, so that their pussies ground against one another.

"Yes! I love this!" Nicole gasped.

It was her favorite way to make love with Cynthia. It was intimate, erotic and she felt closer to Cynthia when they fucked this way. Most times, they were gentle with each other, letting their orgasms build slowly and wash over them deliciously. Today was different. They pushed, rubbed and ground against one another with an urgency that was almost uncontrollable. Orgasm after orgasm crashed into, and through them, like a hurricane and they both felt swept away by their passion.

"Stop! Stop!" Cynthia finally begged Nicole. "I can't anymore."

Nicole moved forward, on top of Cynthia now, and kissed her passionately. Their breasts crushed against each other and Nicole wanted nothing more than to stay there with Cynthia forever.

<em>I need her so badly.</em>

"I'm not complaining." Cynthia said when Nicole finally stopped kissing her. "But what got into you today?"

"What? I can't make love to my girlfriend?" Nicole asked evasively.

"Was that was that was? 'Cause it felt like something else baby."

"I'm sorry Cyn." Nicole said quietly. "I just needed you. I needed to feel close to you and-."

Cynthia looked up at Nicole. "And what?"

"Forget it." Nicole rolled off of Cynthia and went to the restroom.

"Nikki." Cynthia called out. No response. "Nikki, honey what's wrong?"

"Nothing. I'm sorry Cyn."

Nikki's voice was fragile and scared and Cynthia heard her crying. She rolled out of bed and slipped on some panties and a t-shirt, before walking over to the bathroom door. It was locked.

"Nikki. Please let me in."

The door knob clicked and Cynthia stepped in the bathroom. Nicole had put the toilet seat down and she was sitting on it, crying in to her hands.

"Shhh." Cynthia put her arms around Nicole. She gently pulled her to her feet and walked her back to bed. "It's ok."

Nicole slid under the covers and Cynthia joined her, holding her girlfriend softly and letting her cry. Instinctively, Cynthia knew Nicole didn't want her to solve her problems, she didn't need someone to give her advice right now. Nicole needed time, comfort and her girlfriend to just help her with her emotions, not try and solve her problems.

It was several minutes, before Nicole quieted down, and then Cynthia smiled to herself, because her girlfriend fell fast asleep. "A little rough sex and she's out like a light." Cynthia said dryly to herself. She slid out of bed and walked into the living room. She pulled up her laptop and caught herself up on email.

<em>I am a little bored at work. I'm also almost at the top right now and I can't go higher, unless I go into management. Ugh! My boss wants to promote me, but I'm not sure I want to manage other people. I don't think I'm patient enough for that type of job.</em>

Cynthia closed her laptop with a sigh and grabbed her Kindle. She sat outside on the patio, listening to the waves and reading. It was a little embarrassing, but she loved the intense, sexy Vampire novels that Laurell K. Hamilton wrote. Anita Blake was the main character and Cynthia had a secret crush on her. Anita Blake was Latin, with big boobs and a temper, and she kicked ass all through the story. She also had a weird relationship, where she loved several men passionately, and did her best to find happiness. Anita Blake reminded Cynthia of Nicole.

<em>What the heck is wrong? Maybe she wants out?</em> Cynthia's heart spiked at the thought of losing Nicole. <em>No, Nikki hasn't given any indication that she's unhappy. Just the opposite, she finally admitted that she loved me.</em>

"You left me!" Nicole said quietly.

Cynthia looked up in surprise, she hadn't heard the door open, but Nicole was standing next to her in cute little shorts and a tight tank top, braless of course. A quick glance at her tablet and Cynthia realized, two hours had passed, since she came out to read. "I'm sorry Nikki. You fell asleep and I wanted to give you some space." Cynthia motioned for her girlfriend to sit on her lap. "Come here, please."

Nicole lowered herself on Cynthia's lap, put her arms around her and nestled her face against Cynthia's neck. "I love you Cyn."

"I love you too Nikki."

"I'm sorry, I became a basket case on you earlier."

"It's ok. I'm just worried now." Cynthia hugged Nicole tightly. "Are you ok?"

Nicole didn't saying anything, she just nodded softly, and continued to lean against her girlfriend. Cynthia smiled in relief and enjoyed the view of the beach and the feel of her girlfriend.

"Cyn." Nicole broke the silence.

"Yes?"

"You asked me earlier, if I thought it would ever be just you and I." Nicole paused for several seconds. "What did you mean?"

It was Cynthia's turn to take a moment. She considered her answer carefully and then took a deep breath. "Nikki. I love you. I know our lives are complicated, and that you're married to a great guy, and you have great kids." She exhaled slowly. "I understand all of that and I don't want to put any pressure on you. It's just that I would like to envision a future where it's just the two of us."

Cynthia willed herself to remain relaxed and wait for Nicole's response. It wasn't easy. A big part of her wanted to put demands on Nicole, give her ultimatums, and force her to choose Cynthia. A larger part, and the part that had won so far, was patient. That part wanted Nicole to choose Cynthia on her own, choose a life with the woman who loved her, without demands or ultimatums, and without any reservations.

<em>Life is messy and I can deal with an ex-husband and kids. Nicole's family is great, and I don't doubt that they would come around, if she chose me. It would be hard, no question about it.</em> A smile came to her face. <em>I'd rather do hard with Nicole, than easy with anyone else.</em>

Nicole's voice was barely a whisper. "Me too."

"I'm sorry baby, I didn't hear you." Cynthia lied. She heard her just fine, but she wanted to hear it again. She needed to hear it again.

"Me too." Nicole's voice was louder, steadier and she lifted her head and met Cynthia's eyes. "I'd like to have a future with you as well Cyn. A future with just you and me."

Cynthia's smile lit up her face.
