There's a plugin for Calibre that will merge books, epubmerge.

I just made one for the Master of the Tarot Harem series (22 books) . Came in @ 3.2 MB, and I don't recall what the upload limit is here so it may not post.

I'll look it over, if it simplifies that tedious job then great.

And the upload limit is suppose to be 250Mb (per file), so 3.2Mb won't hurt.

About the only issue I can see using it is getting the epubs in the right order in Calibre.

If you've got the series name properly set in the meta data, that's the easiest way to do it.

Just click on the series name to sort on those books in the series.

Then click on the Series column at the right to get them in the proper order.
