I know what you mean - I'm getting so tired of sites demanding I prove I'm a human to continue! I stopped going to some of my old haunts because I'm getting sick of it. It's almost as if they don't want any traffic.
One of the worst offenders I keep running into is goodreads! I'm about to stop reviewing books it is getting so bad!

More like my OCD kicks in and it bugs me when content isn't easily accessible, or optimized.
What's more confusing is the download takes far too many steps, before going to some Russian ebook conversion site where you have to wait like 2 minutes for it to 'process and compress' the epub or pdf, and you can't do multiple at a time as it only associates the last job with your IP; Worse some epubs didn't work... resulting in going for pdf's instead and converting them after the fact.
At least it wasn't that many files. Or limit you to like 3 a day or some such BS like that.
