Totally agree — it feels like Zetto rushed to finish on time. The story moves quickly and the events don’t link together well, with transitions that feel a bit abrupt.

I didn't read the chapter yet, but I am just reading the reviews. I share your opinion partially. It's just, the heat from chapter 1,2 and 2.5 are no longer to be seen. Even whole chapter 3 was good even though it was so damn long. And the flash back sex in chapter 5 was also good but not as good as the first ones.

It was fine up until the sex with the school teacher. The story progressed too quickly from the red-haired woman to the homeless. "Perseverance pays off," so I wanted it to be a more persistent domestic affair. I don't think it was necessary to make Lizana such a promiscuous woman.
