I don't read the updates, but out of the corner of my eye I see that the same places have been flashing for several months, as if they were stuck there. :( Melissa finish it please in this year

it may be Nikos and i think that Marina was the one that told him where Elena was, therefore Marina survived

ps: when are we gonna finds out what happened to Joel after he was made to look and act like a Bimbo? the last time we saw he (after Angeliki gave him the Barbie Doll Makeover) he did said that he was gonna make them pay (Angeliki, Seferi, Moraitis...) for shooting him and turning him into a Bimbo. Eva and Sofia only came up with the idea of feminize him, not turning him into a Barbie Doll, that was Angeliki's idea

There are two more chapters to go and at this rate will be at least September next year before she completes them.

Just two more chapters, but at the current rate of each update, I think it'll probably end in chapter 30, part 90. lol

Melissa should never have started K-Pop until after Mirror was done. What's going on is that Melissa is working on two very graphic-intensive stories at the same time. It's slowing both of them down. I was looking through their archives and here's what I found:

Mirror began in October 2021

K-Pop began in May 2023 around the same time as the beginning of chapter 18 of Mirror.

So

From October 2021 to May 2023 (Before K-Pop) Melissa completed 17 chapters of Mirror (while also completing A High-Heeled Journey)

From May 2023 to December 2025 (After K-Pop) Melissa completed 10 chapters of Mirror (while putting K-Pop on a 7 month hiatus)

Again, both Mirror and K-Pop are very graphic intensive stories, as opposed to her earlier tales that mostly features one character on a mostly white background.
So working on both at the same time is really slowing the output down, which is why Melissa had to take that hiatus with K-Pop, only to have to go back to it to make sure readers wouldn't completely forget the story.

Its pretty clear that if Melissa hadn't started on K-Pop, Mirror would be done by now.

I mean, even Bestie has now become a graphic intensive story. It began as a classic Melissa tale with one character against a mostly white background, but in the last few chapters Melissa for some reason decided to start rendering everything in Isabella's office.

At this rate, Mirror isn't going to be finished before the summer of next year.

The mirror story could end next week and people wouldn't give a shit. It could end with "congratulations, the end" panel and people would be happy with the garbage ending. In the meantime, melissa's latest chapter was a continuation of a boring story with two panels of some big tits.. It's like, hey guys, check out the oversized tits on this chapter!!!!

I think the bigger problem is that although K-Pop and Mirror are both extraordinarily long stories, the actual visual feminization of each of the main characters couldn't be more sudden/jarring.

In K-Pop between Chapters 4 and 5 the main character goes from looking very male to suddenly 100% beautiful female entirely off-screen. Then in both stories each protagonist gets surgeries off-screen which makes them each look like totally different characters.

Surely the point of having so many panels in a story is that we get to see visually the gradual transformation of a character that is recognisably the same person from one panel to the next. Otherwise what's the point?

How many chapters longer before the character in bestie gets long bleach blonde hair and fat oversized lips like the rest of the bimbos in melissa's stories? Can Melissa at least keep them less blonde and less with the fake huge stupid lips?

I completely agree. Even in "Need for Speed," this was a deeply disappointing moment: The main character rounds out, becomes this cute trans person, and BAM! A page flip, and it's just a different character with a different face.

But this is generally the problem with almost all such long stories. I've already mentioned this, but I'll repeat it. When the changes happen in the first third or quarter of the story, the rest of the time (and in Melissa's case, it's several years) you just watch a very shy and hesitant chick who, for some reason, is happily ready to suck anyone's dick. Only in the sex scenes do you remember that this is a trans story. And even then, unless the author decided to perform the surgery "there."

This completely defeats the purpose of a transgender story—about transformation. The author apparently always wants to show off some amazing plot, but of course, it doesn't work because, ultimately, the author is a trans artist first and foremost, not a screenwriter. It's also impossible to trace any internal breakdowns or experiences, as all the characters are equally vulnerable, hysterical, and susceptible to minimal and blunt manipulation. Strictly speaking, they're all identical. Again, because the author is first and foremost an artist, not a writer.

For short stories of 8-12 panels, this is all forgivable, of course, because you get a concentrated vibe, and with different stories, there are also different settings and personas (here a maid, there a secretary, etc.). But you're watching "this" with half an eye, almost waiting for it to end so you can get to the first third or quarter of the new story.
