I'd be honest her face used to look normal at first especially in the previous series.
But in the remake she looks like a succubus.

Over time, I’ve noticed Claire and how she’s gone from just another girl to the apple of my eye. She’s everything I want. @Rian sees her as the dream demon, but to me Claire is magic; she has something I love that drives me crazy. Claire is water that quenches my thirst, a light that never tells me no.

While I admit that Emily's character design improved from the time she was initially introduced a year ago, I doubt any character will ever overtake Cynthia's place as the best character in the PigKing universe, IMO.

Yes, several facial features between the two women highlight the differences between "good" and "villain."

For example, Cynthia's eyebrows are more horizontal, which give the impression that she's relaxed, while Emily's are higher up, giving that "evil" look.
Cynthia's eyes are more almond shaped, letting us see more details in her eyes, while Emily's are "monolid," giving them more of a snake-like look, thus more "evil."
Finally, Cynthia's slight smile makes her look more caring and compassionate, while Emily's smile, showing her teeth, look a little imp-ish, as if she's planning/hiding something.

That is claire, minus the magical/folktale mumbo jumbo. She is a cross between a succubus and a skinwalker.
