Also, couldn't help but notice that when these guys are called on it ,they get triggered, or defensive or some otherwise disproportionate response that looks, walks and talks like sheer projection. So THAT also made me second guess the whole phenomena and kind of pacify /restrain myself in case I had at some point lost my ability to see my social forest for all the psychological trees. Nope. Now, with your response I know I had the right of it. Were I younger the urge to weaponize and attack with this validation would be nearly overwhelming. Now? I realize that you just gave me the "win" and I now have my smug satisfaction. Speaking of satisfaction, my point is this...I AM satisfied. And apparently the implications of the fact that it is indeed your own parade being rained on are either to existential to contemplate or because of the ubiquity of soft hate in the various threads and forums that these guys have unconsciously embraced this mean spirited whining in the same fashion that multiple women housed closely together will experience synchronized menstruation/PMS.
