My TA 45 thoughts (spoilers, of course)

This was the best chapter in a while, for me, as it finally felt like the story may have turned. I've not been a fan of Sarah's descent for like the last 25 chapters (she shifted to basically having sex with anyone, anywhere, for any amount of time, as long as it wasn't Dan), but have been holding out glimmers of hope. Chapters 43 and 44 pretty much dashed any remaining hope I had for Sarah, but this chapter actually brought a little back.

My favorite non-sex moments in the story have been the few (very few) times Dan has made a strong (and correct, in my opinion) decision:
1. When he grabbed Lester by the throat and threw him out of his house
2. When he punched Jesse in the face and knocked him out cold (man, I hate that guy and if we never see him again it will be too soon)
3. In this chapter when he finally held up a mirror to Sarah and didn't back down. I actually said "FINALLY" to the screen when he threw her actions back in her face. Unfortunately, Dan immediately turned around and sent her back to Lester because he needed a distraction, so it's always 1 step forward 2 steps back with that guy.

Would love for Renee to come clean with Sarah, but of course Sarah freaking falls asleep AGAIN in Lester's bed after sex (she's gotta be a walking UTI at this point) so who knows how long she'll be away. However, the sex with Lester in the motel was the first time it felt like a purposeful hatef**k rather than completely stroking-out and losing all mental faculties like their previous 50 times simply because he's him.

Though I've hated the possibility of Ted trying to blackmail Sarah for sex, the fact that he followed her to the motel could actually be a good thing. Interrupting whatever 2nd or 3rd rounds Lester has planned and continuing to distract from the USB keylogger.

Dan's plan seemed to go off too easily, so I'm sure something will gum up the works, but thank you Frank.

Hopefully we're getting close to the end. Again, I hope Dan and Sarah can remain together and that Lester is defeated, but I don't see how Sarah doesn't wind up pregnant (unless Cheetos have a sterilizing chemical...Red 40? haha)

Ted does not know about Renee's affair. He has only seen Sarah with Lester. In Ch 45 Ted follows Sarah to the motel in the afternoon/evening, while Renee is at Sarah's house with the kids.
Unless you mean that he could threaten Renee with information he knows about Sarah, or spill the beans to her, but nothing in the text so far has indicated Ted has any thought about Renee at all.

Ted knows about the motel now and knows Lester's truck. With his surveillance he will see Renee and can follow her to the motel. Maybe she might crack when confronted by Ted.

No, it is not like TA at all. There are no ugly Lester-like guys. It isn't even the same kind of story. The premise is that this ordinary housewife has to take an undercover assignment for the FBI to infiltrate a mob owned strip club. The female main character was chosen for this assignment because of reasons that are explained in the story. I have only read the available free chapters so far. There haven't been any sex scenes (there may have been one with the husband at the beginning). This isn't story about a woman who sluts herself out...yet. It may go that way. I like the writing. Eddie Wilder is one of the best IMO.

Long time lurker here.
I created this account because of this opportunity to add feedback.
I am serial buyer of hotwife erotica, always looking for the stories that match my taste, which has been dificult to satisfy.
I bought the 5 available volumes of the The Contact on Kobo after reading the "previews" here, so thanks for them.

sire_richenbach asked about the genres we like. My favourite BY FAR is the one on this quote: "Like is the premise that both the husband and wife do not want the wife to have sex with the other man, but some outside plot mechanic makes it so they have to? Then the husband saves her?". I think it's the one where the love of the couple is best preserved and the one that can be connected to real life. I don't know much stories on the genre. I rate Beat and the Beauties from kingbooruwa as a fine example https://www.literotica.com/series/se/410840. It was also the story that lead to me buy King B's - the author's Amazon name - entire book library, even if some of the others are more hardcore.

There's another one more recently, not on this site, from Stella Wynne on Amazon, called "The Kinky Housewife: Falling for the older neighbor" that's very hot and long, though it doesn't have the husband saving part. But it feels rather natural.
Another example more known here is Newlywed New Desires from Maddox Storrey, though the turnaround happens very late and it's point I am going to address on my review of The Contact a bit later down here.

I was at the end and remember yet another one: Alex Jamieson's "My Hotwife the Spy" two volume story series. Very good.

I too dispute this quote: "Or is everyone just happy with all the boundaries and theres no conflict at all? The wife wants both her husband and the other man, the other man likes the wife but respects the couples boundaries, the husband is happy with the situation and in control. Seems like this gets boring pretty quick?" but with a receipt sort to speak. The recent, on Amazon, "Our First Wife-Sharing Experience at a Naturist Campground" from Wild Camper Secrets has the wife becoming a size queen but the husband from the start wants a new woman and the wife agrees. It's a long story but single volume. I understand sire_richenbach's reluntanct to write stories like this as they are indeed hard to into monetizable serials - they work best as standalone books.

But everyone has their tastes. With stories like, what The Contact is turning to be and most of Peter G Johnson stories, I buy the volumes until the wife loses respect for the husband - because without respect, saying "i love you" are just words - and with Peter that's usually volume 1, which is a shame as he has the best premises in the business - IMHO.

Now The Contact, I should have dropped it when the wife disrespected the husband at volume 2-3 with the SA charge but moving on. I decided to keep playing the findom cuck for a while longer.
The story is a risky bet as there are volumes with little to no sex so the plot has to stand. I respect the sire_richenbach for going that route but be careful. There's a whole different between what the characters say and what they do.
Volume 7 ended somewhat promising but the premise of volume 8 was ominious, the content even worse. As it is, the decision to buy volume 8 hinges on the plot of volume 9 for me and I don't think that's good. And that's because volume 9, unless some moneymaking plot device is used - will show is the husband is just a warrior in his mind or if he can actually decide and do anything other than being a passive cuck.
As a reader, I don't like the angst of having to wait for more to see if the character I identify the most has a good plot or not. In this stories, it makes feel like a cuck and I despise cucks, which ends with a no purchase.
I mentioned Newlywed Newdesires before and I will add Kirsten Mccurran's "The new wife on Milford Court". I only bought the series after the release of volume 4 - the last - and reading it to avoid a repeat of the disapoint of the similar "Tempting Kate" from Michael Andersen. With The Contact running up to 15 volumes, there's a risk of buyers with a dispositon similar to mine to wait for the release of the final volume to decide if the series is worth spending the money or not.

I will end this with a proper review of The Contact Volume 8 okay?
I use a lot of IA on my work and its presence was felt. I don't mind it being used. If it's IA only is very good and I am curious about the models used. The sentence structure of the wife describing the husband seemed rather OpenAI or some version of Claude - I mostly use Claude. But the dashes, oh the long "-" were cringe. Even if you use IA to clean up the text like I do in my work documents, be more careful with the final touches.
I liked the final sequence with the husband becoming aware of the wife not acting as his partner. I don't like his lack of action but it's part of the plot. I don't know where the story goes but be careful with writing yourself into a corner. At the current point, I see the wife finding the original premise for the corruption and siding with the lover because he showed himself to be the superior man. That could be an ending but if not, where to take the story from there? Total corruption, TA-style? That's an option too and your choice.
Also be careful of becoming "type-casted" though. I don't touch Manus Dare stories for ex. On the other hand, be careful about branching out and losing your audience - Alex Lee was an instant buy for me but after he joined the group of Kirst MCcurran and the others he became more hardcore and more "word-count averse".
I am also looking at the other story too. So far it has little to offer so I am on the fence. Waiting for more.

And after this wall of text, I am off. Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to add constructive criticism.

I too like to support the authors i like on Amazon. Though mainly my purchases have been on Harem storeies but I've now branched out into Hot Wife Cuckold stuff. My main gripe is that a few purchases have been a dissapoinment. Very short pump and dumps in this genre especially.
