That the problem for me I used it lots of time before but with a pig popsicle redux all I get is a video with nothing but black screen with audio

I don't own a computer nor a laptop just a smart phone

Im having a problem probably just me but for some reason after downloading all nine files there's no video just audio and I check and made sure it was downloaded right and changed file extractor but no video just audio
