If you're on a phone, i suggest using ES Explorer, though you can likely get a zip archiver too.
If you're on Windows/Linux, likely has built-in viewer and extractor as part of the file explorer, try right-clicking the file and 'extract to' or something similar.
If you are otherwise confused, try 7zip

Which zip files are you referring to? the ones in parts (001 002 003, etc) should likely use 7z to extract, and ONLY try to extract the 001 (it will append all following parts automatically).

If it is a different whole zip (or 'download' button) then it should extract just fine using your standard zip archiver.
