As a cruel tease, JJP got as far as reserving an ISBN for the fifth book, but I learned years later that they had died.

It would be nice if people who liked mine enough purchased legit copies, later ha ha. Probably a year of work in writing them (two or three thousand hours?)

What none of those descriptions mention is that a young scottish trawlerman stumbles over the ponygirls on the remote island, is captured, and awakens to find himself now turned into one of the bound ponygirls. Wealthy people come to the island for BDSM and ponygirl and ponygirl bondage and masochism fun, hosted by a slightly odd group of people. One of these wealthy dudes (Andrew Lachan) tries to kidnap his favourite ponygirl to take away for his own long term personal enjoyment... but his plot is discovered and he too finds he's now a ponygirl named Bambi. Gradually we discover that the people behind the mind transplantation and synthetic body creation are not from here.
There's also a sadistic and powerful South American drug cartel guy in the later books, who would like to partner with the people and set up his own 'resort', and maybe that was where the last book was going. There was the ongoing attempt to rescue Alex, by her male colleague who's gradually been seduced into enjoying a master role in BDSM kink play, so... Who knows?

The Kezini is just an alien race I invented. The story idea came to me after reading a few Human Domestication Guide stories. So the Kezini are simply an alien species that has far better understanding of biology than we had in 2025. (Though who knows what 2027 and beyond holds: AlphaFold and other discoveries are going to produce huge advances, and opportunities for abuse.)
