I think this is going to be a separate image, but if Gianna is suddenly revealed to be Lizana's friend or neighbor, that's exactly the kind of thing Zetto would do. lol Gianna's story so far feels separated from the other stories so maybe he just suddenly woke up and decided "Oh no, she's actually part of this world too!"
He could in fact be doing a shared universe approach where in the end the much speculated gangbang won't just have Liz, but every other woman we've seen.

This story originally belonged to Diana, but he later modified the setting, making it an independent story. However, the characters can be reintegrated into the main storyline with only minor modifications.
And here, everyone used to think it was Maria punishing Ramon, but now it seems it might be Arturo.

Dang, so he keeps taking Diana's stories and giving them to others. lol Wasn't she initially supposed to be the main character of Sinful Lust too before he went with Liz.

No, without a doubt, SL is Liz's story from the very beginning; she, Ramon, and Yuki were all initial characters.
Diane was originally an office-themed story, which Zetto planned to serialize in 2024, but it did not come to fruition..
Based on the sketches, the early, unserialized version of SL was quite different from the current version. For example, at least three new female characters would appear, two of Liz and Ramon's friends would have a threesome early in the story, Liz's uncle would also appear, and so on.
I think the remake will likely reuse many of the previously unreleased sketches, such as the scene of Ramon and Liz making love in the bathtub, which existed in the original sketch. The remake seems likely to use the same scene, meaning Zeto will only need to make minor modifications, greatly reducing his workload.
