Sorry. I should have been more specific. I was looking for adult comix stuff. I am new to them and even hentai so I don't understand half the stuff you guys are saying (with the acronyms I mean) but thank you for what you've said so far. I'm going to see if I can find some good ntr/cuckold or mom/son themed comix. For example, the other day I stumbled across Madness Together from here. It's in bits and pieces and quite honestly, has a gross looking much older uncle character that I didn't like, but other parts were good. It was just difficult to find zipped versions to convert to cbz.

I am not sure how to extract images from a pdf which part of Madness Together was in. I had to go to some free conversion web site, but then I reached the free limit. Lol.

I tend to use PDFImageExtractor, 95% of the time it suffices for me. If you get jp2 or jpbig files, then that pdf will need a different extraction method possibly using pdfgear or online tools.

Oh just remembered nhentai.net is full of erotic comics/hentai/doujin, though unless you want to do the torrent thing downloading is a little bit of a pain.

I use torrents all the time so I'm not opposed to it as a way of getting these erotic comix. Is the idea that once you find a story you like then just do a torrent search for the same name?

If we're talking nhentai, no. Make an account (it's free, last i checked you don't require an email account attached) and then a torrent/download for each hentai comic will be available on site.

I see. It's really nice of you to explain it. I didn't know the site itself has torrent links. As I've said, hentai and cbz are new to me so still figuring out what is available out there. Really, I still prefer story format, but on the rare occasion I may try those.

Well if you are new to cbz you should know they are also cbr that are very similar, and my preferred platform for viewing them is comicrack which you can find for free.
However the creator of comicrack is no longer around, so when you get the request to register it, just ignore it because the registration possibility no longer exists. Which is a shame - it's a good creation.

SumatraPDF is the program I use. It will open PDF, EPUB, MOBI, CHM, XPS, DjVu, CBZ and CBR format files.

Apple's systems is a variant of BSD Linux. however that's not the problem, they won't let you install any software that they haven't approved. (course if you get programming tools you might compile your own). No, if you're using a mac, you gotta use their 'walled garden', double edged sword.
