Download an extension called imageye, that's how l've been able to download the imgs
When you load the comic, you can download the loaded comic one by one and combine it (Or share to me and l'll combine it for y'all)

Well, you could see if they'll enable your account if you send them proof of where you bought the comics, as you explained to me, and based on that they can enable it, I think.
