[District13/Niniのスタジオ] Her Work

I think V10 is right in the middle of the entire story, and the plot progress at the beginning is quite good. It should be considered to end after 2 to 3 episodes of pure sex. It feels like it will take 5 to 8 episodes to complete the entire story. There are also some subplots, such as the story of another woman who quickly returns to the real world told by rant before, and the story of the village chief. Actually, I think "Vision" has a very good chance of surpassing "Business Trip" and becoming Nini's peak work. There's no need to rush to end it. If this story were more complete, I could wait another year,Now I'm quite worried that Vision might turn from an excellent work into a mediocre one, or even end in failure. I hope Nini can be more cautious about the ending.Nini made me understand that pornographic works are not just about explicit sexual content; they can also be crafted into a captivating and excellent piece of art.

Ep 1-4 were amazing when it comes to Yumiko and Rant first actions like when Yumiko eventually change her clothes. Bulglair episode shouldn't be release imo. Ep 5 was amazing. Ep. 6 introduced visual panel with stats mostly, this is okay. Ep.7 - again, amazing. Starting from ep. 8 with dreams and stuff like that the story feels kind of off the rails, and husband see too much. Ep. 9 was kind of rushed because of Rant actions, and almost no action in the middle of episode. Personally, it is much better when Rant keep distance and be cool like it was at the end of ep 5, slowly pushing Yumiko to do amoral stuff. Ep 10 is good, but not that good as 1-7 which i think is a best of Vision, including Ep 10.

Billiards was partly good telling story from husabnd perspective. Vision shouln't show too much.
Also, hope there will be Yumiko perspecive with some scenes recompilled and the last - Rant pespective which would show everything without any lie and with extra scenes in different parts of plot.

Hey my friends, remember that much of the troop haven't seen the episode yet, so please tone down the spoilers a bit. Cheers!. (y)

I agree, 12 episodes is too few for its potential.

I rewatched the entire Vision series and did some rough calculations. One thing became clear: Vision will end up being considerably longer than Energy once everything is assembled, even after excluding the parallel story segments. The final story will likely exceed two hours of runtime.

Vision 10: 11:27
Vision 9: 12:28
Vision 8.1: 11:15 (Somente um sonho para fanservice. Nem sei se deve ser considerado.)
Vision 8.0: 9:14
Vision 7: 13:41
Vision 6: 11:13
Vision 5: 10:48
Vision 4: 9:45
Vision 3: 8:13
Vision 2.1: 7:53
Vision 1: 5:49

*Just a fanservice dream sequence, so I'm not even sure it should count.
Current total (excluding dream sequences): 1 hour, 40 minutes, and 31 seconds.
This total doesn't even include Vision 11 and Vision 12, which will likely be at least 10 minutes each. That would bring the main story to roughly 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The biggest difference compared to Energy is that Energy had two major sex-focused arcs, while Vision doesn't. I think that's the main reason so many fans feel anxious or disappointed. The story spent a long time building sexual tension, so it's understandable that many expected a major payoff.
That said, I'm not going to tell the author how to write their own story. Personally, I'm tired of the cookie-cutter content that's everywhere today, where every story seems to recycle the same sex scenes with different characters. A few creators stand out—Radroach, who constantly experiments with new scene ideas, and Dancing Carnival, whose stories maintain an intense and varied pace, even though they span a long period of time (along with a few others I'm probably forgetting DesireSFM, etc). Unfortunately, most works still follow the same formula.

Still, if I were writing it, I'd make sure the final episodes delivered something memorable that rewarded the audience's long-term investment.
When a story spends a significant amount of time building anticipation and making implicit promises, expectations naturally grow. Whether those expectations are ultimately met can have a major impact on how fans judge the work as a whole.

OBS: It's a shame that PerfectDeadBeat can't deliver anything in less than four years.

Honestly I'm desperately trying to lower my expectations for ep 12 after ep 11 being kind of disappointing still love Nini's work but yeah idk hopefully for the best
Exactly my point in my last post.. We waited months for this episode and it was disappointing, she clearly needs to step up for V12.

Better not be the finale lol

Hey, Mr Ron ... because you liked her so much, and have helped out, here's a little gift for you ... and the rest of the Group: LInda_Household Robot ... a short cobbled together from bits n' pieces Nini hasn't gotten around to ... yet!

BTW ... this is NOT Nini approved ... but she does deserve all the credit; I just picked up the baton! 🫡
Still wait for Linda and zombie cops 😁

I suppose a short ten-minute release for V12 would be akin to LOTR_Return of the King being reduced to a single chapter ... 😱

PS. I've sent yet another "chat" with Nini ... expressing Our Group's feelings in regards to a possible abbreviated ending of Vision, pointing out that this is one of her best stories in a while, and that giving it the "short-shrift" would be a mistake on her part. Will she pay attention, or disregard my pleas? Quite possible that she may be experiencing "burn-out" over the story ... maybe not. We won't really know until her next post.

Nini replied to my questions this morning ( the time difference is killer ...:coffee: 🥱 :coffee: ). Apparently, she had it all planned out ... from the very beginning!!
It does sound like she has it all well in hand:

This Vision series delivers the kind of story I love most from Vam—which is exactly why I’m such a fan of his artistic style. The narrative unfolds from the perspective of someone witnessing a loved one 'Family member for axample' engaging in inappropriate acts. It’s like watching the person you love with someone else while being completely powerless to intervene. I hope you know what I mean. Type of POV view like this appear in Nini’s most iconic series Tribal, as well as in Incense, which is best  Nini's series ever for me. I really love that type of story. It seems Nini wanted to revisit that type of narrative to Vision series. I was axcited when I saw the 1-4 episodes, as he returned to that familiar dynamic "Viewing through the eyes of a man who catches his loved one with other". However, now that Vision has reached episodes 11, I feel like. She could perhaps refine the concept for future series to match the story quality of those earlier works that turned all of us, meet in this thread
