What fucking "Print" ABSOLUTELY ZERO printing presses were involved in presenting these "books" to readers.
Just how in FUCK are they not available.

So they can artificially make it a digital collectible!
This is an exactly perfect example of why sites like ours exist! To stop the rich from getting much richer on the backs of the poor.
WRITERS: Please include a link in your works so we can pay you directly - and not give SCAMAZON and their ILK over a 50% cut for 'publishing' your works!
They do absolutely nothing but put your works on a more public platform, at less than pennies for their time.
Or flat out refuse to 'publish' with them, publish with sites like this, with a like to buy you a coffee or something.

If you have windows, there's a tool within powertoys named Text Extractor that tries to convert the text from what ever you capture with its screen grab tool. There's probably some free OCR software too. Both of these methods force you to read through the story in case the font causes recognition issues. There may be a way to use their PowerAutomate tool to make a macro to navigate through the images, capture the text and paste it to notepad. capturing the two facing pages and creating two columns of text does complicate it too.
it's a chore.
