There's a problem with numbering, i.e. no image 81.
So should 82 be 81? Nippur's next post of 101+ has the same first image as your last image.
Again, my OCD here. The continuity of the story isn't impacted by this, but what the hell.

You are right Milf In heat are a total of 141 panels, included cover. The site numbered wrong the Cover as page 1 that should have been zero.

Let me add to the confusion. I've logged 81 panels before these last two posts, numbered 000-080 (81 pages). GokuBlackUSA dropped 20 and you dropped 41. Now that comes to 142 total panels. First problem is Goku's last page is same as your first, i.e. 101 so we're back to 141 total. But if Goku's post was really 081-100 and yours is correct then the total is really 142.
SOOOO..., if someone would post 080-082 and 099-100 we can probably get things correctly lined up.
How's this for stirring the pot?

Yes before the last two post numbered 000-080 (81 pages included Cover), GokuBlackUsa dropped 20 (120 pages should have been numbered 081-100), I repeated the last posted by GokuBlackUsa, a mistake, so I posted 41 but acording the originals 101 is repeated (original number by artist 100) the rest 40 pages should be numbered 101-140, making a total of 141 pages (included Cover).

Bumping this issue
Went out to SVS and downloaded AGAIN there.
Result was no panel numbered 081 SO if anyone has a panel between 080 and 082 I WOULD appreciate a share.
On the other hand, there may be no such creature and we just have a numbering problem where the last panel is 140.
