I'll share my opinion about Miranda and, without a doubt, I feel the exact same way about Caroline. Although Caroline has a very sexy look, she's another character with a boring story.
I'm going to wait a bit to see what kind of adaptation Teddy will make and if he's going to follow a different train of thought than the previous renderer. I know some things work out while others don't as much, but since this change at PigKing was very recent—with the characters that used to be Juanito Brown's responsibility being handed over to Teddy—I understand that you can't simply scrap everything that was done and start from scratch. The stories need to maintain continuity with previous chapters, but I believe we'll see a different dynamic and storyline moving forward.
The truth is that these two characters have fallen into a dull, lifeless routine; they are weak and fail to deliver a compelling narrative. Caroline only sleeps with her son and her brother, and now she wants to sleep with her father, but it lacks that striking plot twist that brings a truly hardcore dynamic. I am strictly referring to the script.
I think if they brought a little dog and a little horse into the picture with Miranda, the story would finally take off—and the same goes for Caroline. Her sister, Emily, could seduce her and introduce her to the world of bestiality.
Unlike Cynthia's son in Lost Family, who initially had an impeccable comedic side, Caroline's son is annoying as hell. That's just my opinion, and of course, no one is obligated to agree with it. Either they do something bolder in that direction, or they should pause publishing these characters altogether, especially since there are much more charismatic ones in the project that supporters miss, like in Lost Family. I know there's a chronological order to respect, but my critique is precisely about the scriptwriting for these characters: not everything works out, and the way it currently is, it's all gotten very boring.
Frankly speaking: in terms of character development, Juanito Brown was already pretty weak—though Frank Romano practically doesn't even know what that means.
