Those of us familiar with PS's style know that he always drags things out longer than expected, sometimes even abruptly stopping the story and ending it without further details (remember "Succubus's Curse"?). In this one, it's clear he intends to extend it over several chapters and tries to increase the tension a little bit each time. I was also surprised that Jen stopped herself on the verge of crossing the line, but there's still something deeper to come.
In my opinion, I think the right conditions have been established, especially with the idea Jen has given Cody about having confidence in his own body regardless of who's present. This could lead to a rather interesting situation, and not just between mother and son. It's clear they'll both be walking around the house naked and will eventually get used to it, but it's possible that another character might appear in the story. It could be a friend of Jen's whom she's invited and forgot to mention the new family situation. Cody might answer the door, forgetting his new circumstances, and greet the guest as he is. That would be the course I would follow, but PS is PS and we know where almost everything they do usually ends up.
