The base story is narrated by the male character begining from his childhood. His mother and aunt I think makes elaborate costumes and forces him to wear them. Among them one costume is that of an extremely realistic horse, and they make him stay in that costume for weeks or months and the girl he loves sees him in that rides him and all. Then it shifts to the future where he has married the girl and they have children and one day the girl makes him wear the horse costume again and locks him in it for a few months.
