PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This is my biggest project to date, and it contains hundreds of hours of work. Many, many hours during which I doubted whether this massive work could even be accomplished, where I was really close to giving up, are now behind me, and the goal is finally in sight!
I deeply believe that you really have to be a madman like me to pull this off. even though I have been crazy before, I went completely nuts during the work on this project. But here it finally is:
The ultimate collection and allmost complete collection of all the comics that have ever appeared at HipComix and hopefully will continue to appear in the future! And, this is not just ANY collection, but (to my knowledge), the ONLY ONE collection in the world, that brings together all the "individual issues" of the series with the corresponding cover in the correct order AT ONE SINGLE PLACE, namely our beloved forum!
The works presented here have all been reconstructed by me as far as I could. First I brought the images in the correct order, when they were mixed-up, then I re-devided the so called "Complete editions" into their single issues and finally I provided these "reborn" single issues with their corresponding covers, whenever it was possible. Only in very few exceptions I was unable to do this, because the covers were missing because they were simply cut out and deleted and nowhere findable in the net. These will be uploaded in this thread anyway.
If this goes well, another amazing project with "Metrobay" and "McComix" is planned and will follow, so it's up to you how you like all this. So you may ask what was my motivation behind all this? Why did I did, what I did?
I always thot it was a shame for the great covers that sometimes just got lost or were simply removed in the collection releases. Most of them where great looking and pieces of art on the highest level. They made me feel the stories "like the real ones" and I deeply believe, that the cover of a comic belongs, of course on the first page. And if this means, to cut a so called "Complete edition" into pieces to bring the covers back to the front page, than I had to do this unthankful work and even more.
So, now have fun with the old acquaintances like "Mitru," "Jpeger," "Wikkilester," "Sturkwurk," and the many, many other legendary artists at HipComix and expect over 3.000 Single Comics that will be posted here gradually.
As I said, itās pure madness, but I really had to do it...
