Trying to find a porn comic. Its black and white, hentai style I think and Futanari. Its a fantasy where four adventurers stay in an inn for the night but one gets infected by some parasite thing. She jumps from the roof and starts banging another character but through their nightgown, which stops the parasite from moving to a host. The other characters appear and then bang the infected one to get rid of the parasite. Now cured, and very upset, the formerly infected character asks to be carried, which is the last page. Any help would be great, thank you.
