Yeah, i also don't like sci-fi in incest fantasy. Son is a kid, but becomes adult "artificially"... personally don't like it at all, honestly. Mom is obviously looking too young, not so credible as "mother" character. Yeah, i would also prefer "regular" environment, regular, believable, more mature, realistic moms and sons. Idea 1 - Sex is the Best Exercise
Premise:

The story ending with the son promising to help get his mom back into sexy shape post pregnancy, something she believes will just result in another pregnancy, not that she'd mind such an outcome.
Plot Event Suggestions:
Stamina/Cardio = Catch me and you can fuck me (running)
Strength = Pushup Missionary sex, Carry fucking, Planking Oral (for both)
Flexibility = Amazon position, Standing splits sex (for her)
Artistic Merit/Challenge: This story will let you experiment with minor changes to your models to potentially integrate the passage of time. For the son you're slowly introducing muscles while trying to keep it on model and realistic, whereas for the mom you're exploring pregnancy progression. (E.g. so small breasts growing nipples darkening, belly swelling, etc.)


Idea 2 - Breakfast is the Most Important Meal
Premise:

Here's a complicated one.
Plot 1: A mother develops a split personality from past trauma, one night her son wakes up to strange in the house or a loud noise, and gets up to investigate it and sees:
1) His mother dressing to leave the house in the dead of night, he wonders "where could possibly going and on top of that....dressed like that?'
He quickly throws on some clothes and follows only to be surprised by the club she enters shockingly close to his home that he always was and abandoned business. The guys at the door seem to know her very well and let her in, (not sure how) but he gives them that believe enough to let him in also. He takes some time to find his mother and by the time he's does she's in a compromising position with a couple of shady looking guys. In a rage he jumps into the guys swinging like a man possessed while she looks on like who the hell is this? That's only until he gets laid out and they start hammering him, only then does his mother comes out and starts on the guys herself. Confused by her sudden in behavior they get angry and toss both of them out of the club. Disoriented herself because the last thing she remembers is closing the book she was reading and going to sleep. They make it home and fall down in the living unconscious from the effort of just getting home. He carries her to bed then goes back to his room to think about what he saw that night. The next couple of days/nights they barely speak until he catches her leaving the house again at night but this time he stops her.
