I'm looking for an image by UnaffiliatedSkeleton. It's titled "Elven Muscle Growth" (I think that was the title), and it depicts an elf woman being injected with a drug in her arm, causing her muscles to grow. I believe there were cuts of her torso, arms, and back. If possible, I would be extremely grateful.
