Why can't artists properly archive their art? Like why is it that most artists spend so much of their time and energy making so much great art yet they can't be bothered to preserve all of the stuff that they made?

Like why can't artists who upload stuff onto sites like Furaffinity, Deviantart, and Twitter keep everything on hand like UrusaiWrangler and Atariboy do?
