Why I cannot bump a post (not approved by a moderator)?

But every time I try it is not approved by a moderator.
Why is this happening when everyone can bump posts?

I see that some of your requests haven't been deleted. Maybe you're overdoing it with the bumping.

I did try a few times with the specific post I wanted, but even on the first bump I wasn't able to.

You are bumping posts unnecessarily. Bumping is for when the thread has been dormant for more than 10 days. You're bumping threads that are active.
