not until sweet change finalplease no new about a k-pop idol?
Well, Melissa is true to herself. One kiss for the whole update. Apparently, it's already a force of habit that even in "short" stories everything stretches out and stretches out.Got tired of waiting
You think this is bad, you should head over to the Moonlly forum. That patreon creator drops a part of a chapter every 3 to 4 months and makes up excuses like he has been sick, writers block, been busy etc. Yeah, he has like about 5-6 hundred subscibers (used to be over 1K). His content is extremely lazy. This is Wild....bruh this is literally the example of quantity over quality...sigh..man
Melissa needs to think over things because damn! 12 pages with just kiss and useless dialogue... I can only sigh at this unfortunately.

Moonlly sure is lazy but I agree with TTax, Melissa may have good art and is a classic creator in my book, but I think she’s falling apart. I started following her back when she was posting Need for Speed and the original K-Pop. But once she started Aphrodite’s Mirror i stopped. Word on the street was back in July she said that Aphrodite’s Mirror would be 30 chapters long and she’d be done with it by the end of December but we just started Chapter 25, and the previous Chapter took 2 months. Meaning we’ll be lucky if we it finished by August next year. And Sweet Change was supposed to be a short story published ontop of kpop and but here we are 5 months into it getting 20 pages every month on it. Just hopefully that this new year brings quicker production and faster story telling, either way her old work is why i’m still a fan and still following along. But hope she starts picking up the paceYou think this is bad, you should head over to the Moonlly forum. Just searched this creator and damn are they lazy, read their recent comments section and most of the people are just sad and very kind while reminding the moonlly to do better. And the number in the patreon dollar are astonishing to say the least. I remember this skinsuit creator named german00 something and many people were very critical whenever I saw his name popped up anywhere. You think this is bad, you should head over to the Moonlly forum. Damn this shit lucrative af. Might have to pick up Daz3D lmao
I think the problem is when a hobby turns into a job and the hobby is making trans-themed fetish porn comics you might have difficulties in maintaining creativity.
There is a limit to the amount of times you'll want to write about a vegan guy getting blackmailed into wearing lipstick turning into a bisexual big-titted bimbo who works at a steakhouse as a bikini waitress.
The niche fetishes are more lucrative, generic porn is so widespread that the market is saturated so while you have more potential customers you also have more competition.I mean...this is only TG-Fiction. Imagine the creators who just create pure porn without any specific fetishes. They might've lot more than this lol.
As a person connected with the industry, I want to express a complaint to critics who appeal to the fact that the author earned little and did a lot, and then starts earning a lot and does little. He's such a lying scammer. During A Lesson for the Teacher he used to publish at least a post every day when he was making $500/month. Now he is making $6,000/month and posts once every two weeks at best. I would recommend pirating all his content and NOT subscribing to his Patreon, and if you're already subscribed to him I would recommend sharing his content as much as possible.
I see the same problem as with webcomics. When an author starts trying himself in a new work, he makes short, fascinating sketches that attract attention and make you interested in the project. But over time, the author wants to tell a "story" as a whole, share some plot (as he imagines it unprofessionally), probably wanting something more and hoping to do some more serious work. As a result, fascinating sketches turn into a tedious endless story, which I, as a reader, eventually abandon, because those concentrated ideas that were at the beginning of the project show themselves poorly when trying to stretch them. As examples, I can cite "Modest medusa" or "Erica"Moonlly sure is lazy but I agree with TTax, Melissa may have good art and is a classic creator in my book, but I think she’s falling apart. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you as as well! <3
Aphrodite's Mirror has become more of a all-around thriller instead of the story of how an American Guy ends as a Only-Greek-Speaking Middle-Aged Woman, Wife & Mother of 2 Girls of around the same age "He" was.I don't think Melissa's lazy. She's just created a very complicated story that's hard to tell. But of course the author has a lot more motivation when she hasn't achieved a high steady income yet. She's already free from the orders or desires of patrons and makes the story interesting to her.
New part for mirror was posted earlier by melissaAphrodite's Mirror has become more of a all-around thriller instead of the story of how an American Guy ends as a Only-Greek-Speaking Middle-Aged Woman, Wife & Mother of 2 Girls of around the same age "He" was.
