In countries like Europe and the United States, people have a deeper understanding of art. Iconic museums such as the Louvre in Paris, the British Museum, the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the Galleria degli Uffizi, and the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg are integral parts of our culture. Additionally, most European citizens are often required to know at least two languages, which contributes to a greater understanding and appreciation of the arts.
I have a Brazilian friend, a great person, who tells me about the challenges faced by his country due to a low level of education. He mentions how Brazilians try to overcome these difficulties with creativity, but the lack of a solid educational foundation seriously limits meaningful discussions about art. Here in Europe, for example, children as young as 7 visit museums with their schoolmates. Therefore, I believe you should listen more and give fewer opinions about a subject you clearly don’t understand—especially when it comes to art.
