Well okay, but what has that to do with the new female? Was she supposed to be the original model or is she someone's girlfriend.? Personally I'm waiting for chapter 2.

Look closely at the story friend, it is not a different woman, it is the same model.
It is assumed that when they finished, she and the artist thought that she was resting and when she cleaned up and changed and returned to the set, they realized that in reality the rest was eternal.
The confusion with the model is because she now has her hair up and before she wore it down

That's a very interesting analysis. If true then image 92 poses an interesting space-time situation and I've never seen MS go there before.
I also cannot reconcile the "one model" concept with what I perceive to be the physical differences.
Oh well, some questions never get answered.
