You're right about that ... both Dance and Business Trip contained threesomes. Even though Kokomi missed the mark in KCD, she did have sex with both Danny
and Bob, but in different scenes ...maybe include Grandfather, depending on what constitutes "sex" in your definition ( shades of Bill Clinton )... the "Brother Challenge" could have been her best opportunity for a threesome. I still wonder how Penny did with her challenge as "Contestant 7"?
I mostly suspected Bob as the "big boss", especially in light of his many guest appearances in previous stories, plus his penchant for being a likeable villain and that Nini herself mentioned that Bob will play a large role in TierB stories a while back. Oh well, the old guy was my second guess. At least it wasn't as awkward a reveal as the conclusion to Kokomi's Confused Diary! Maybe the old guy works for Bob? It ain't over yet ...

According to Nini, there were two chapters missing, B-10, which has already been published, and B-11 would be missing, but with the way the story is going right now, it is uncertain whether it will end with chapter 11, and answering your question, chapter 11 would be missing.

As Nini indicated earlier, there is one more chapter to go for Billiards ( V11 ). Hopefully, it will be released by month's end. Still, Nini is one to change her
mind from time-to-time ... so it ain't over until Nini says it's over. It could be a large video, like her final chapter of Business Trip ... (?)
Yes, I am going to make 2 complete versions ... the Original release and a "Fan-Edit" release. They both will be posted within a few days after the release of Billiards Finale'. The 1080p versions will probably be over 5GBs ... but there will be smaller 720p versions too!

Math was never my strong suit, but I think there should be at least 3 male participants on the female in order to be a bonafide GB ... (?). Maybe if Bob showed up,I think B11 , hisako gangbang in front Peter

I tend to doubt this would happen, due to the logistics of rendering that kind of scene. Nini has never done a gangbang before, so I'm not sure she's capable (or willing) to do it at this point in her animation career ... rendering 5 characters in one scene would be a very difficult at best. Threesomes ,though, are totally within her skill set. A gangbang would be cool, but not necessary for this story ... Maybe for the next "Brother Challenge"?
She may do one eventually ... but our waiting period for her to complete a GB would be lengthy, at best ... it would take a lot of work & time!
Just give me a solid sex scene with Penny/Hisako or Kokomi getting railed!

Actually, Adoptive Mom is more or less a "sneak peek" or intro to Nini's next (?) project. It's longer than I remembered, clocking in at slightly over 4 minutes! Through the magic of editing, I managed to add another 2 minutes to the video. I extended the sex scenes ( hope you don't mind ) and cleaned up some of the subtitles.
The story is about a teen and his adoptive mother, both of whom have experienced profound personal loss. Their coping mechanisms are a little unorthodox, to
say the least ...

Thank you! Been known to pull a few boners myself ( of course ... just my own ... ), so we're all in pretty good company here!
Interestingly, there are a few VAM artists out there whose work is pretty good, but for the most part, they lack Nini's story telling abilities. There is an animator named Fyronyx on Eporner who is pretty good ... but again, he suffers from weak storytelling and non-existent editing. Our own CVXtreme3D does a damn good job in the story department. You should check him out.
I'm not into "spousal humiliation/cucks" ( like gangbangs ... I find them distracting ) ... the spouse "discovering" their wife's infidelity is all well and good (adds to the drama) ... but really, who wants to watch some loser jerking off by himself in the corner, while his wife is being fucked by some other guy? Again, unnecessary & very annoying, IMHO. Nini has pretty much mastered the art of the "cheating NTR MILF". Glad you guys are onboard for the ride!
