I literally just came out, you won't just find it for free unless someone else buy and share it. Just check svscomics often, they usually get posted (then removed) there first.

I found a video version of Shrunken Punishment - Chapter 3 but in low resolution (720p). I extracted the pages from it for people who don't mind the low quality (I kinda do personally). The higher quality pictures mixed in are from the store page. Hopefully someone share the full version.

Also still looking for these to be reuploaded, if anyone grabbed them while these:
