Sooo, it seems as if the snake is eating itself. This always happens you a person or a group is motivated by money and not the art and stories themselves, Especially when Big money is involved. Look at AWAM by L&P. When he started out, he was communicaative with the fans and honest about release dates and such. When his subs tiers list expanded, particularly those high tiers, he slowed down his progress. He started making excuses, then lied about hiring help, only to find out that he didn't. His updates initially was one every trimester. Now, when ever this update comes out, it will be only one for this year as he had with the last update for last year. The ones who suffer most from these types of nonsense are the fans, paying or otherwise. Whatever This case might be, it's a tragedy for those of us who invested in these stories. I KNEW eventually, the temptation of big money, by lying and charging fans only one tier to sub (and one of the more expensive tiers), the limitation on content that You paid for (even though you paid for content, it was coded in a way that, after 6 months (?) you could No Longer access the files that you bought and downloaded, All of their shenanigans, would catch up to them. When some of us tried to point out that the artwork was becoming subpar and scenes appeaed as being just thrown togther just so they could maintain their cash cow, we were met with hostility from the PigKing camp and accused of not being fans or being blocked in the thread. Greed has broken up many a business, partnership, musical group and friendship. I'm Not surprised by this, for Whatever the reason may be. You Can't keep abusing people and expect that nothing will happen to you in recompense. It's not how the universe works. It's a sad state for them and deeply mortifying for us that some of the series' that we've grown to love has Already seen artwork change (and not for the Better imo) as well as now potentially being abandoned. Can't say that I didn't expect this.
Copyright laws deal with the property and not so much as a specific type of property. If an agreement was made on how that property should be handled and who owns it, then any reneging of that agreement has to be settled. Porn comics are no less a negotiable than one wit graphic violence or language. It's about the property first and foremost.
This is great info. Years ago, I tried dabbling in DAZ3D. Time constraints stopped me but, at the time, there weren't that may free assets and my finances were in horrible shape. Since I'm in a better place now, I've started to reconsider going back to Daz and creating my own model for an adult story that I'm working on. This is so helpful and encouraging.
