No, one thing is liking this or that type of consensual sex between adult human beings, another is "cutting limbs, or torture, killing people, animals, or whatever similar" . This is just sick garbage by and for completely sick people, who are - all of them - in my opinion potentially extremely dangerous, and should be stopped and cured. Those type of things aren't just "taste or preference" , they are clearly signs of mental illness and heavily disturbed personality.
