I've seen bad endings to stories, but I think the one for "The Evil New Neighbors" is the worst of all the Everfire stories

My only criticism of this work is its disappointing ending

Yes el ending a "New neigborgs" feels too hurried and bizarre

Honestly, most of Everfire's "evil" characters are lackluster as far as I am concerned, so I wasn't shocked that the story ended in such an absurd way. I think only the evil Indian Mother story worked for me because she had an understandable motivation beyond, "because I'm evil" or "because it's fun to do bad things".

Honestly, Everfire is at their best when they focus on unrestrained desires (love, revenge, lust, etc.) guiding characters down a path of bestiality, incest or just corruption.

But in most cases that descending path is given its start by a chemical, toxic or outright magical agent - has he ever done anything where a simple "desire" on the part of a son pushed him towards seducing his mom to get what he wants, without it being facilitated or initiated by some means external to the son?

You do have a good point, that external forces (magic, hypnosis, drugs, etc.) tend to precipitate the majority of Everfire's stories, but when dealing with young characters it's the easiest way to justify it. That said, I maintain that desire focused stories are Everfire's best. To back up my claim here are my best two examples

Both have some reason but the fact is that " new neirborgs..." ending was strange, I mean the motocicleta coming from hell from where ? There were not supernatural notes before that in the story

I have edited the ending of the comics, The evil new neighbours. And i think now it's better. I hope you people will like this change

The edit ended is regular but why not will tell the Police mmmhh weird, but atlest is more coherent that the original end
