I'm just putting the finishing touches on the "fan-edit" ... it clocks

I'm a beginner. Question: Are District 13, CVXtreme, and Nini the same person? Are they three different people?
Is there a biography of the characters Keiko, Hisako and outhers?

Nini IS District13 ... and YES, she is female, unlike CVXtreme, who is inspired by Nini's works, and has blazed his own path to achieve her level of NTR "naughtiness"... all the while, maintaining his virile male sexual identity in the process!

As far a the "fan-edit" goes, I'm in the final stage of rendering the beast, which clocks in at around 18+ minutes. It will be released 2 days earlier than usual, on Monday, the 24th of November, as I'm heading way out-of-town for the Thanksgiving Free-for-all on the California Freeways ... always a fun time ...
PS. I just finished the final pass on the fan-edit and am very happy with the results. I will say that this particular series has one the best finales that Nini has created in a while, hitting most all of the bases (sorry, no tit sucking), with teasing, foreplay, raw sex ... and a very satisfying ending, which will lead us into the conclusion of Five Color Rangers, and adds to that series mythos in the process. I'm looking forward to the finale' of that saga.
Now if you'll all excuse me ... I need to turn my focus toward a story CVXtreme & I are working on!

Last word from me for the day (evening) ... we've debated Nini's "shota" videos for years ... literally! The fact of the matter is, it's not allowed here at APCX. 95% of her works are available, scattered around the web ... it's a damn shame these works are "persona-non-Grata" on many sites ... but we need to move on from it. Nini hasn't entirely been able to let go, which is why she has her Twitter (X) Page, selling these stories as they become available. Being a completest, I'm in for the long haul ... though I'm not particularly happy she continues with these types of stories, especially in the face of being barred from Patreon and elsewhere; it just damages her reputation even further. I understand her position ... but really, how do we debate something like this ... and is it worth debating? We get the joke ... and the humor behind it ... but many people see it otherwise.
As much as I am a fan ... I wish she'd just drop her shota videos all together. What's the point? Dwarfs are one thing ... make them look like dwarfs and not like young kids. I prefer her NTR stories about adult males with large dicks versus voluptuous MILFs. No one complains about those, because she is a great story teller.

All of Nini's works that are permitted according to APC rules are in our library; most are on Mega and there are also some with links on MediaFire.

If your question is about works that can't be published here, then you'll have to look for them online. O'jisan has already provided several sites where you can find them; just take a look at some of the pages mentioned before this one.

Now, if you're looking for a single link on Mega or any other server to download all of Nini's works, then brother, I'm sorry to tell you that I don't think such a thing exists.

The truth is, I'm tired of asking her. Apparently, she has no plans to continue with Adoptive Mom for now. It seems we'll have to wait until next year, if we're lucky. I thought that the more we asked about that title, the more she would listen to us and continue with the story, but we already know that Nini only dances to her own rhythm.
