I do not get into issues related to the artist’s production or creativity. I also do not take the theme of bestiality seriously, especially when we are talking about porn comics produced with 3D software. I understand that some people develop an excessive attachment to characters and end up creating a certain fixation, and I prefer not to judge that kind of involvement.
Personally, I find the way PigKing works with this theme quite entertaining. Even so, not everything within this genre appeals to me. This varies greatly depending on the narrative and the context presented. For me, nothing should happen without a reason. Sex inserted in a gratuitous way, without narrative construction or purpose, does not attract me. I am referring to productions in general.
A good story needs to be well structured and offer elements that justify the events. That is why not all of PigKing’s works appeal to me, even when they deal with bestiality. The character Cinthya from Lost Familia, for example, is complex and very well developed. In well constructed narratives, everything starts from an initial point that generates clear consequences, creating a logical cause and effect relationship.
When an elderly character who has never had any involvement with animals suddenly begins to have sexual relations with a dog, without any preparation or prior development, the plot loses its meaning. Even within the PigKing universe, where almost everything is allowed, this type of theme needs to be treated with logic and believability for the story to maintain any credibility. The fact is that there comes a point where the author will no longer be able to freely create stories with certain characters if fans start placing obstacles on the creative process. The result tends to be an increasingly repetitive, limited and predictable narrative, which in the end can lead to the work being discontinued. Eventually, the stories become boring, overly produced, and end up appealing to only a very small group of people.
A classic example is Caroline. She emerged with an interesting approach, high quality images, and a striking visual style, with fantastic and extremely voluptuous curves. Over time, however, everything became repetitive. The same happened with Miranda.
I do not want to criticize the fans, but this attempt to appropriate the character and create an excessive fixation around her is something I find concerning.
