That's the trick isn't it.. to not mess up something excellent.
This scene was so important I reworked it over and over many times.

It felt like something was missing at the end so I made the Dolphin sequence
I said I'm serious about 'Like Mother' and I really mean that.

A very short, sweet, romance story..

A Comic creator from more than four decades ago starting chatting to me about the one comic he always wanted but wasn't able to make the way he would have liked it to be.

He gave me the basic outline of the Story, like things he wanted to see happen and I filled in the gaps.

He supplied some old photos to base various things on and I created a world from them.

No Sex, 'just romance' was very important to him.

Considering who asked me, I took this project extremely seriously.

'Sally 2' is in development and almost all of it will be my original ideas and is set in a different decade.
It will be true to the original 'Sally' idea and will be romance, action and songs.

I am pushing myself very hard to make 'Sally 2' like nothing you would usually see from a comic.
It's going to be much bigger and more complex than the first 'Sally' and have far more pages.

I'm having such a hard time getting stable diffusion/comfy UI configured on my PC but every time you post something I get inspired to try again LoL. I had it set up great and running Flux and Illustrious models for a while there in 2025, but had to reinstall my system OS on a new nvme drive late last year, and ever since just have not been able to get it going again. Time to try again from the ground up; your stuff is so inspiring I really want to get back into it.

The second part of his horrific story, that can only really be told to an older person.. Darren/Nancy was too young to hear this before.
Sometimes vets are so scarred by their time in the service, they never talk about the worse things that happened to them to their loved ones.
Anything that involved 'same-sex, trans' was totally off-limits for conversation with most people in his generation and all previous ones.

Add to that where Ayla lived, her life was constantly in danger,as an 'Outcast' Woman is dangerous, an 'Outcast' trans is infinitely more perilous and opens someone like that up to all kinds of exploitation..
