Yea in SMBS, there’s a moment about half way through the full story (forgot which chapter) that sets up this flashback.

Yes, I've seen that, and it confirms it's a prequel story that connects to Serving My Brat Sis, but I wasn't sure if it would delve deeper into the subject.
Unfortunately, it seems it will only be a spin-off.

Yes and Cadie is the mom of the 2 brat sisters in SMBS, who both act just like their mother and aunt.

Technically BMST was the original work a few years ago. The full text story of BMST was actually posted on Literotica back then too. SMBS continues the story with Cadie's kids, making it a sequel.
