[NovelChef] Comics

It's better if he just quit. Some people will still subscribe even if the author already quitted. He will still earn without producing an output. Lastly, he won't do any work at all. Best case scenario for him.
I'd like to see more content from him ofc. Just hard to justify resubscribing if it's gonna be this inconsistent. He honestly might be poised to make a decent living off this if he would apply himself.

I also want to see more content and resubscribe but the main problem is there is no content. Creating one chapter feels like a big burden for him. He doesn't want to do it anymore but he wants to earn too. That's why it's better to let his page running without putting any content and earn to those subscribers that wants to see his previous works.

Well, there will always be forever angry at moonlly because he ditched his subscribers and pretty sure those angry folks are already unsubscribed. The remaining ones are just loyal fans waiting for nothing.
To be honest, I think everyone supporting people that don't put out something in a long time are helpless. I never would subsidise any transparently lazy behaviour. There are enough off these leeches in our/most society/-ies.

If an author/creator is sometimes struggling, that is another case: It deserves more of a look into it or a watch over some period of time, only then I decide if I stop support or not. All examples named in the few last posts unfortunately are currently not worth supporting...
Everyone can have a bad phase, but that doesn't mean, that others have to financially be your support. Most people have to work out their own problems and I expect creators to do the same as ordinary folks. When they get their act together, I will support them again (by paying for output, not as a patron for lazy folks)...
