This link will take you to a forum where you can request an author's works. It is not a wise idea for a member with one post to be the parent of a thread for an author like this.
Normally I'd also encourage the use of the Search function, but I can not find the Nikki Crescent thread using the site search. I know it used to be here, and I'm hoping it is just not showing up in the results.
I checked my folder and it definitely existed as recently as August 20, 2024.

Hmm sad day indeed. Though we have to respect author's wishes.
I've personally become disillusioned regarding digital distribution, as proper ownership of purchased items aren't honored making it nearly impossible to share/borrow/lend/sell your content; instead you are effectively extended renters and your libraries can be yanked for any reason by said company. Amazon having famously removed 1984 from their site and then retroactively off all kindles that connected, Sony about to delete all their Discovery content and delete everyone's purchases, a CrunchyRoll bonuses removed when it merged with another company, then changes like music being removed from GTA games over 10 years old. It's sickening, and i'm fed with it.
Though a new California law will push places to be more specific you aren't owning anything, i am not sure if that's nearly enough.
It's a good thing i'm a digital packrat.

Saw this coming years ago (2006) when Marvel Comics Group canceled its deal with GIT Corporation for the digital release of its comics archive and instead put up its own subscription service/paywall for enthusiasts to pay to access.
And with the US Government currently, actively, and repeatedly violating several of the Bill of Rights Amendments - in this case Freedom of Speech through censorship - it's only going to get worse.
If you want it grab it before it's gone - just as yano2mch pointed out, and just like 8muses.

Or more recently, a bunch of major corporations deciding they wanted part of the NetFlix streaming pie, and so pulled their content off to make their own streaming services, so instead of 1-2 streaming services that cost less than Cable/TV/Satellite you instead had 50, all of which cost way too much for what little they offer and all are losing billions and going out of business.... (Except Netflix who stayed where they were more-or-less)
Ubisoft's going under for another example. 'Get used to not owning your games' and pushing incomplete broken products while charging an arm and a leg to coax you to join their perpetual subscription service... For some odd reason their games are flopping hard... If only a dedicated fanbase telling them what they were doing wrong had come...

Ironically, I just popped over to Amazon to look into a KU sub specifically to get some of Nikki's work, only to find she is no longer anywhere at all on the site now, so I guess her distribution deal with them expired or otherwise ended...
