Something like that will probably happen, although I think this will escalate since Sam knows that Jules, or 'Julie,' is a coward. Still, I would be a bit scared just to see that kind of face, especially at that height. Probably, but the revenge that Sam is planning to give 'Julie' must be quite gratifying; he should savor every moment, knowing the things he will make her do, just waiting for the right time. Although it's a poor analogy, it's similar to how Green Lantern creates a meticulous plan in his mind, visualizing every detail of his revenge. A few observations on what is now happening.

She however has already shown herself gullible in trusting Mike and I imagine it will be the same with Joe and doubly so if he somehow ends up working with Jane.
Third, there is clearly a connection between Dr. Skyler believing her HRT cocktail is worthy of a Nobel prize and Annie's ever shrinking cockette.
