I think both creators have similar yet different issues with their stories, Andrea tends to really stretch scenarios, just adding more material to keep things going, characters being added, removed for specific scenarios to work without things really reaching a conclusion at the end of the stories, a bit like telenovela. NC on the other hand seems to have a lot of brilliant starting ideas but no concrete idea about how the stories will end.

This is kind of surprising because of the genre, the amount of options for the MC is limited. They can't go back to any semblance of normality of their original lives. Since none of the MCs have any same sex tendencies prior to the events, they can never be truly fulfilled. The only options left to them are:

1. Happy woman, totally give up on their previous identity and embrace the new
2. Smiling doll, putting up a smile but feeling something is always amiss
3. Frustrated toy, trapped in their new body with no way to feel any relief
4. Blank slate, be able to find a level of acceptance by their previous loved ones about their new identity, which most of the time is just a stop gap until the true ending
5. Cheat ending, it was all a dream/nightmare

I’d be really upset but also laugh at the same time for having been trolled like that if it’s option 5: Cheat ending, it was all a dream/nightmare.

That reaction is rather mild, on a subscription service a cheat ending is creator suicide, except if it is a prank cheat ending, like for April's fool or Halloween special, the fan list would fall like a lead balloon.

I think it's better if Novelchef do the following. Schedule is not posted and make it a monthly release.

For 1 week, you only get 7 pages and still working with the remaining pages. I'm sure it will be delayed and completed by the end of the week.

He already mentioned that he has lost his motivation. It's hard to subscribe when you know there is a big possibility that you will receive a small output. Last time I've subscribed, I only received 1 chapter for the whole month. It's like paying 7 dollars for 1 chapter.

I would not put novelchef in league with moonly - novelchef may be over promising but at least you get some new content . FYI - i am an optimist . Still no optimist can defend moonly he is milking money with no new content.

I don't know why he is always delayed. If he is always unmotivated, he should take a hiatus. Also if his reason is the chapters are hard to create, he's already using AI.

Can't help to compare with other tg artists. Melissa releases 20 pages per week with poor health and Liltkit can release 40+ pages biweekly even if she is affected by broken transistors due to war in Ukraine. Also they're not using AI and their subscription is cheaper.

I hate it so much how constantly be like it’s coming out tomorrow or today only to release half of the chapter and we have to wait either this Friday or next week to get the full chapter we are paying him for plus more! Rinse and repeat excuses and always missing deadlines he makes by weeks on end why I can’t bother to pay $7-10 anymore when his schedule says we should be getting 3-4 chapters a month we getting get 1 full chapter and a quarter/half of one it’s just irrating at this point.
