Smut is cool and all but I feel like the payoff isn't that satisfying since the scenes transition way too fast unlike visual porn where its more frame by frame. Maybe im just not tapped in though idk.

When it comes to written I need a long enough buildup to the sex scene and payoff. Usually the payoff is too short and I end up having to compensate with my imagination. It does work most of the time. And the length of the sex scene in visual media is also dependent on the creator. The less nsfw-oriented creators usually do the buildup-payoff for several pictures/panels/pages at best.
