The new chapter of Man of House just released with guidance on the end of the story.
Looks like the chicken has finally come home to roost but is there a home to return to any more?
I am very curious to see how AndreaTG navigates this surprise for the innocent victims of the Roger's household.
I mean its one thing that Annie helped Daniel grow up, but being the one he fell in love with and lost his virginity to is a whole new level of crazy.

ok, im REALLY upset how EASY Jane got out there!
It would have been better if she had been arrested but later released on a technicality, or had simply escaped!

Instead, we have an unsatisfying ending, and a guy who's completely screwed, and all of that for nothing!

Well, Andrea always said the ending of this story would be bittersweet, so Jane will probably get away with it without consequences for everything she's done. But I think the same as you. Jane should pay for everything she's done.

WHERE the HELL do you see a "Bittersweet" Ending here?!? "bittersweet" means equal Negative AND POSITIVE aspects. but there is NOTHING Positive to see here!

Bittersweet would be IF Jane went to jail, but the damage on John is done, mental and physical!

or if Annie fully recovers and rises even higher than she ever could as John, and plans er Revenge on Jane!;P

I think there is far more to the end of MOH than meets the eye. To understand, I start from the vantage point that there is likely no easy divide between good and bad for most of the characters in this story. Reading between the lines from all that has happened here is where I think things are going

Sarah got her pound of flesh from Jane by choking her without intervention from Jake. This is likely as far as things go because there is likely more to the story about John and Sara that we don't know. Given how different Daniel is in size and temperament from his father, I am suspecting that John is not his real father. John may not even know this but Sarah does and she tries to absolve her guilt by being a loving wife to John who was never quite ready to be married. If this turns out to be true, it will partly help Daniel come to terms with the fact that he fell in love with and fucked his father. Once Sara finds out what happened between John and Daniel she may divulge this information - remember this is all speculation.

Nothing more will happen to Jane. After all she has Luca to turn into a big boob teen. She may get a job at a new school in a new city to orchestrate this or she may return to her old profession and prepare Luca for a paying client.

Jane is very astute and although she told Sara in the big reveal that John came to her unhappy in his marriage and wanting to become a woman this is not far from the truth. John was trapped and took his frustrations out on being miserable as a husband and son. He may never have thought of himself as a woman but the experience of becoming Annie made him realize he was. This is why he kept going down the rabbit hole as Annie gave him success and confidence John never had as a man. It is also not far from the truth that Sara may have seen a bit of John in Annie's face and chose to ignore it because she was miserable in their forced relationship. Her misery was no more evident than in her sleeping with Jane.

Not sure where the next few chapters go but I suspect the following - Jane and Jake leave town and assume new identities while Luca is transformed - Sara and John have an honest discussion where the truth is revealed and they agree to live separate lives while supporting Daniel who goes off to college - John fully embraces her identity as Annie and becomes Jimmy's partner and gets a position in the company with more pay and responsibility than John Rogers ever had.

Will be curious to see what happens. Its been a great story and I am sure the ending will confirm that further.

You shouldn't read too much into it! Especially in Emory's case, the story has already been stretched so thin that you can see right through it! It's all just to keep the Patreon money rolling in!

That's the downside of Patreon I've discussed before.
The Milking trap so many creators fall into.
I based an entire comic series on it lol.

Just from an Art angle, Emory was one of the innovators in new realism.
No one could argue that doesn't take some serious smarts.
