i think its because of pacing: dream girl is much shorter and theres so much action and spiciness packed in its pages. moh just drags too long already i think, thats why its not that exciting. kinda reminds me of squidz' control, where it only got really interesting in the very end, due to very very slow transformations and pacing.

Probably an unpopular view but I continue to believe that Man of House is a great story. The plot is deeper than most TG stories out there and its entertaining too. I suspect the prospect of incest is what is making people uncomfortable but its not clear that will even happen.
On the one hand, Annie appears completely submissive and increasingly resigned to living the life of a sex object who gives men what she knows they want and deep down probably thinks they deserve. This side of Annie only appears to come out when threatened with the loss of something valued - the secret of her identity (Jane, Jake, Mike) - the security of her job (Luca, Mr Martinez) - the path back to becoming a man (Jacob, Jimmy). In all cases, Annie has chosen sex or to be sexualized to deal with this threat. This suggests that if Annie was threatened with losing Daniel she might offer him sex as a way of preventing this. Were this to happen, it might likely be through Jake coaching Daniel on how to get what he wants from her.
On the other hand, one of the few things Annie clings to about her past life is that she is Daniel's father and that she only needs to survive through the last week of school dating him before the threat from Mike ends. Seeing how much Annie cringes when Daniel makes affectionate overtures suggests how badly she wants to preserved the father-son relationship. Once school is over, Annie appears ready to take a step forward toward her freedom at the Williams reunion party where she seems ready to out the deal between Luca and Jane to Jimmy's father. If Annie somehow succeeds then this opens the door to returning to her old life as John Rogers and averting incest with her son.
To be honest, its hard to imagine Annie ever reverting back to John Rogers. Its also hard to imagine Annie getting back at anyone other than Luca who might turn into Jane's next project. The threat Annie poses to the William's company and her value in sales might lead to her becoming promoted. This would be consistent with her greater success as a woman than as a man. Alternatively, maybe there is more of a story to be told with next year in school and Annie becoming cheer captain and every guys wet dream. What ultimately ends up happening between Sarah, Daniel and Annie boggles my mind at this stage. A good story does not have a predictable ending and that is what makes this story good in my mind.

To be honest I am hoping that Annie can return to being john. I mean the amount of stuff he is having to put up with when all he wanted was to be a good father and husband. I know he may never be able to have children again or lay with his wife again due to the drugs that got injected as well as the mind manipulation they did unless those two were willing to fix the problems for one reason or another. I will say, I do kinda get sad at seeing all these TG stories that end with a good natured MC getting the short end of the stick. I am hoping that this one won't just end like all the others. I am hoping MC gets to have a proper functioning relationship with his with, not just getting cucked.

I also enjoy MoH. I'm not sure I could choose a favorite since neither story is done yet. I don't think John's plan is to tell Mr. Williams about Lucas and Jane. I believe he wants to get close to Williams to get dirt on Lucas and trade that to Joe for dirt on Jane to blackmail her into letting him go.
I can't help but try to guess where this story goes...
Mike probably wants to humiliate John to get back on Kelly's good side. Maybe reveal that he's a man to Daniel or try to and fail because Annie is too feminine. Jane seems pretty mad now and may have punished Annie by removing or concealing his junk.
If Jake knows some subconscious triggers that will affect Annie then he may tell Daniel about them. Somehow, Annie is going to prom with some guy.
John's father is friends with Jimmy's dad which is how he got the salesman job to start. Which means that John's father may be at the Williams party and see Annie announce that he's in a serious relationship with Jimmy.
There's a lot that's hard to predict but I'm guessing that if Jane goes to jail then Annie doesn't have a place to stay anymore. I bet Sky (The doctor who got injections for John) is Jane's husband. Does Jake know Jane because he's a customer who would want to buy Annie? Is there a way for Sarah and Annie to end up together since Sarah apparently likes women now? Will Jimmy and Daniel fight for Annie?

John/Annie doesn't want to be a woman though. A happy ending for John would have his plan working and sending Jane and Luka to jail or something. Then he detransitions somewhere hidden from his family. And somehow picks up his old life as John and he gets Daniel to drop football/soccer. It doesn't seem likely to me.

Nice to know there are some fans still out there. The latest episode (Chapter 29.1) is just a reminder that there is plenty of entertainment value left in this story.
After reading the update, it appears the plan for the party is comparable to your idea - Luca incriminates himself on tape for Jacob to use and in return gives Annie more information about Jane. It appears Annie will be sales manager by proxy through Jimmy and she will have to keep sucking Jimmy's cock for the privilege of doing his job. Of course, Jimmy is expecting more than a blowjob soon and if Annie's efforts to blackmail Jane fail, Annie might very well have a pussy that allows Jimmy to have what he wants there too.
The update shows how much more confident and successful Annie is as a woman than John Rogers ever was as a man. Annie is also politically astute in ways John never was, learning how to climb the corporate ladder and get promoted by any means available including sex. This is not something that appears objectionable any more to Annie but rather seems to be a source of pride.
I love your predictions and they show a deep understanding of the story line. I agree that Mike is perhaps motivated to win back Kelly but not sure she feels the same way as she looked moderately impressed when Annie stood up for herself against Blake. I forgot about John Rogers dad being friends with Jimmy's dad. Also, if this is a friends and family party, Luca's nephew is Daniel's friend - Marco Barella - and if he is at the party then Annie will have to hide to avoid him as he will tell Daniel that Annie is the girlfriend of Jimmy. I thought the same thing about Dr. Sky - that she might be Jane's ex husband - great pick up. This also raises the question about who the mind specialist Anton is? I think your read on Jake's advice to Daniel is consistent with the Chapter 29 cover page with Daniel looking cool in shades. The college option for Daniel and Annie would turn this into a really long story but is consistent with the fact that John missed going to college to raise Daniel. My only prediction at this stage is that I am 99.9% certain Annie remains as Annie. This of course leaves a hardship for Sarah which would require a clever work around. Have no idea what that might look like. Anyway, loved thinking about these predictions - well done.

I agree that Annie will remain a girl but the dye seems to be cast for her to be slutty as she has learned that her riske office attire and the steady stream of blowjobs for Jimmy has led to great success.
