A nice change of direction that is setting up the story for an exciting conclusion. A few thoughts on the 34.2 update
- Is Annie becoming smitten with Jimmy? If so, this allows her to make an emotional break from Daniel but at what cost to her relationship with her son? The goods Annie now has on Luca also exposes her true identity to Jimmy. Is she willing to risk her relationship to Jimmy considering that the accolades she is receiving for turning him into a mature adult bodes well for Annie to have a successful landing as a supportive wife and business partner to Jimmy
- It is clear the alter ego continues to embolden Annie with the courage to be everything John Rogers never was. Annie seems to now accept that she has become a shameless, cock loving whore and now with nothing left to lose it will be curious to see how far she is willing to go to exact revenge against her tormentors. Does she shamelessly continue to service the cocks of both Daniel and Jimmy? Annie sees herself as Daniel's whore now so I could easily see every meeting between them beginning and ending with sex. Fresh off the pleasures of enjoying Daniel's cock in her ass-pussy the night before, I could also see Annie taking Jimmy's cock after the family dinner assuming they still have a relationship.
- Can Annie trust Joe Scally with the newly acquired evidence about Luca? This remains to be seen and its possible Jane intervenes somehow to save the day for Annie one more time. If Annie is warming up to a tormentor like Jimmy might she also be willing to forgive Jane if she comes to the rescue one more time?
- Dr. Skyler wants more samples from Annie and does this mean further testing of Annie with a new HRT concoction? Given that Annie has been rebelling against Jane, I wonder why she would concede to more treatments unless there was some risk to her health by not doing so or that Jane somehow wins back Annie's trust in the mayhem that is about to happen with the new audio recording.
- Mia was suspicious about Luca leaving the table when Annie excused herself and if she goes to check on Annie only to find her upset, this might be the time that Annie exposes Luca as the sexual deviant who had sex with her all day long while acting as his secretary
Time will tell. The story is shaping up really nicely

I think Annie will avoid Daniel in the near future.
I still believe that it is Jimmy who can give Annie a stable future and is the only person she can deal with.
Maybe even Jimmy will accept that Annie wasn't always Annie, because I think he's in love with her.

i mean, can this even work? Annie maybe LOOKS young, but she is STILL a over 40 years old guy! her prime years are LONG gone!
The façade was only roughly painted over, but the walls are still crumbling!
That's actually one of the reasons that bothers me about the story! That the old Bag is actually too old for a fresh start!:/

Annie is 33, actually, so her looking young after HRT and weight loss is actually realistic. I some times have people thinking I'm 10-15 years younger than I actually am lol.

I can't remember the finer details, but even if it was some sort of medicine that doesn't exist in the real world, being 33 and looking much younger on feminizing HRT is not unrealistic. Testosterone is what ages the skin and makes one look older than they actually are, so not having much of that in your body for however long is going heal up a lot of that damage—especially if Annie is maintaining a skincare routine and avoiding a sunlight exposure. Heck, Annie already looked young before beginning to transition, so that helps, too.
 
He actually looked young already at the beginning of the story after shaving off his beard and a month in the gym plus HRT? We see that those who really look after themselves manage to look young even at 50. So he has time to new start for sure.

Indeed, from the beginning of the story, Roger was presented to us with a youthful appearance, only hidden by his beard.

Even Miss Jones, the teacher, tells him: "Mr. Rogers, have you ever been told that your face is very boyish? What looks very young for your age?"
Even Rogers admits it by saying: "Yes, someone has told me once, but with the beard I hide it a lot. Why do you ask?

Even Miss Jones's plan was for Rogers to look like a young teenager, but she did not explicitly indicate whether he was a 16-year-old boy or girl, since even his height helped in that process.

Even when he shaved his beard, he was surprised to see himself in the mirror with that appearance: "I didn't remember what I looked like without a beard, I really look like a kid."

And even his own wife admits that she confuses him with a brat, telling him: "...Look at you, you took off your beard, you look skinny, I swear if it wasn't for that suit, I'd think you were a brat."

And then with all the machinations Miss Jones did at Rogers, she looked like a 16-year-old girl, albeit a bit tomboyish but still very young-looking from the start.

As you can see, Roger already had that look, the experimental drugs and hormones only helped speed up the process to meet the current Rogers, or rather Annie.

It's a non-major but significant plot point that the treatment was an experimental process that works on the cellular level and that hadn't been tested on humans. This is to allow transition without HRT, or "the constant introduction of estrogens and anti-androgens":

The scientist says Roger is a human guinea pig and that she deserves a Nobel prize for the results:

So it's an experimental hormone replacement, it works on a cellular level, it rejuvenates cells, and from the latest results is possibly worthy of a Nobel prize. You can draw your own conclusions but in general I wouldn't expect an author to devote this much plot and drama to the specifics of the treatment unless there was something very unusual about it.
