This was on the old 8muses forum but does anyone have the year 17 ones with the oogie boogie and fish-creature transformations and last month's Stranger Things one? There were at least couple of fish creature ones but the one i'm thinking of is the innsmouth creature. And also the undead deer transformation.

I'm pretty sure the TF with Oogie boogie is on E-Hentai, I just can't recall which one of these five Archive dumps have the TF.

Here is the the oogie boogie one, but it's year 12 (from 2018) not 17
For the "fish-creature", in year 17, there was no aquatic species involved. Same for year 12.
So you should double check wich "fish-creature" art you mean
